We waited over 30 minutes to check in. Mind you the front desk supervisor was there just doing paperwork and not even attempting to check anyone in. This place is a nightmare ! When there is not a special event going on , I ran into homeless people who said this is a section 8 approved hotel! The room heat was 80 degrees and they couldn't turn it down as the heating and cooling systems were having issues. They put us in an even hotter room before...

We go to Hotel ML every year for Coco Keys- there's lots of things to do for kids here and the amenities are good. Only problem is housekeeping. Our room wasn't cleaned the whole weekend so that's the bad part.

Good hotel. Confortable with nice beds and quiet. The rooms are big and clean. Seems to be big but I can not say anything about it. I recommend it for short and long stayings. Someebody said there are good swimming pools but I did not try it.

This was the second time I stayed there in a month. The staff at check in and in the bar/restaurant was fantastic. The rooms were great. The beds were very comfortable. The salmon dish at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

Our company had an annual meeting at the Hotel ML. The event staff, Kenny, Mary, Anthony and Rodney made sure that out guests felt welcome and that the event and food went flawlessly. Their warmth and attention really made our conference a success.

We did not plan to stay, we got a late start on our trip and didn't get on the road until almost 9pm. I needed a place to hang my hat for a night in the area for business, and ended up stuck with the Hotel ML after taking a chance with one of the well-known "opaque booking" travel apps that won't tell you the name of the property until after you pay. Conducted a Sales Meeting, and was impressed by the facilities, the service, and the food provided. Kenny was an excellent host in our meeting room, and the tech person was helpful getting everything set up for the presentation. I thought the room rates were great also, as was the cost for the food and the meeting room.
