What a beautiful comfortable place that made us feel welcome the minute we arrived. Would recommend highly. The kids loved the pool. The staff was extremely helpful and free parking right next door. Extremely satisfied.

My family and i stayed 13 nights here over the holidays. The hotel was clean and quiet albeit busy! Breakfast was a bit of a zoo during peak times but the staff Jegy and Minire did a fantastic job keeping all the food topped up and the breakfast buffet area clean and organized. They were super helpful with my two small children, one of which needed a high chair which they were quick to provide as soon as they saw me coming. The hotel was very quiet and the rooms spacious and comfortable. The parking garage was very convenient being right underneath the hotel with direct access into the hotel which was great during the very cold few days that we experienced.

Hotel rooms are very nice. Quiet and comfortable beds. Minuve provided excellent breakfast service every morning although the burritos were not that tasty. Prefer to have scrambled eggs as an option. Wish the pool was open. It looks very nice. Gyms lacked equipment for leg workouts. Very basic. Overall a nice hotel with great staff and comfortable rooms. Close to malls and outlets.

Our bed was full of dog hair when we arrived. We asked for another room, but they did not have our room type available. They offered to replace the bedding and we agreed. We went back to the room once completed and found that the bed was simply remade and none of the bedding was replaced. Given the time of night, while travelling with a small child, we elected to take a smaller room for the night and cancelled the following 2 nights. We were offered a complimentary stay, but they ended up charging me for the night at the rate of the larger room. I had to call back to request a refund.
The parking lot is extremely small and tight, if not for the valet, it would've been a long walk from the outsdie parking lot at the adjacent hotel.
The hotel seemed to be filled with teens, the lobby had kids running around and most of the rooms seemed to be hosting parties. We were given a substitute room and had to change floors due to the noise.
Overall, it was a terrible experience and I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. It may have been a one-off experience, but why take the risk if there are other options readily available. I booked the next day in Edgewater and had a pleasant stay.

When we arrived we had an email that informed us that the date of arrival that would be No water available from 9 PM to 6 AM the following day. We decided as we came from a very long flight to deal with it as it didn’t seem is problematic. We had no water for three days, no cleaning for three days we took It’s on us to disinfect and clean the room, had friends bring us cleaning products and some glasses and plates to even have a decent meal. The staff was as usual great, we are coming here twice a year from the beginning of opening of this place. But this time it was truly a trying experience. I cannot blame the stuff is that what is the situation beyond their control. This was the most dysfunctional and disorganized experience we ever had in a hotel. We understood that COVID Would restrict some services But not being able to have a clean room every day, or running water being not able to flush the toilet’s, we had to scramble to get bottled water to fill the tank and ultimately had to take showers in Friends apartments.Needless to say unacceptable. Also I want to clarify we have come here from the beginning and we love the hotel we love the service and that’s why we chose it again trusting that the water issue would not last longer than literally overnight. Who would’ve thought let’s stay in hotel would remind me of a camping trip in the woods.

We checked in May 12 for a 2 night stay and requested room service to have the room cleaned the following day. We were advised that service is provided everyday depending on staff. The following morning we again requested room service at the front desk before we went out. Again, we were advised the same. When I returned later in the day I found the extent of service was clean towerls ONLY. Bed not made, garbage cans were left overflowing and dirty towels were still on the floor!!!! I immediately went to the front desk to complain to the manager Engin and he said he would contact housekeeping to come to the room to service it. I'm still waiting!!!! And the staff shortage excuse if getting a little tired. You're charging more money than ever before and you're still only give partial service!!! And don't say you don't have me registered. The room was booked by my husband R. Ingraham and I'm referring to room 711. See pictures below.

Loved my room and this hotel! It was new, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was freaking amazing! I was "upgraded' to the room with a view of NYC but I honestly didn't think it was worth the $10 or more charge they try to do if you pay for that view. Stick with a regular room!

My husband and I stayed at this Homewood Suites and we were beyond pleased with our stay! This recently-built hotel is chic, bright, clean, and our room was spacious! The food served at breakfast and evening reception (M-Thurs) was delicious,fresh and plentiful and we had a drink by fireplace. The best part was the friendly, warm staff, who makes their guests feel right "at home" with their hospitality and attentiveness. You can tell they enjoy working with each other. You can also take a bus outside the hotel to go to NYC as it is right across the River. The parking for cars is more secure,as you need a room card to access the garage. We would stay here again as a "mini-getaway". We highly recommend this property!!

i could go on and on about how much i loved this place. they offer everything you could need and more! the price i paid for the suite was a bargain compared to the size of the rooms, the kitchen, and not the mention the free continental breakfasts and housekeeping. the staff were incredibly helpful and nice, especially the breakfast staff Minire and Jegy. I went down for breakfast every morning and was greeted with a warm smile. every space of the accommodation was clean and it felt like a luxury apartment. would definitely love to come back! also, the free parking garage was a huge plus! this place seriously felt like a second home.

We have 2 rooms after a house fire. We are staying here 5 of us between 2 rooms and have had issues getting toilet paper, tissue paper and other basic necessities. The manager Jomar Hernandez has continued to suggest we change hotels because he doesn't have any staff to clean rooms or supply basic amenities. Hoping Jomar is replaced ASAP as this is the closest location to our home that is being rebuilt.
Jomar continues to hang up the phone on us and refuses to take any action or accountability. He just keeps asking when we are checking out. He is a liability to the hotel and should be replaced immediately or this hotel will need to be shutdown given the current circumstances. He isn't fair to the rest of the hotel staff by taking no action over working them and having no organization to ensure the rooms are at least cleaned every 3 days. He is way over his head and I hope the property management company takes action quickly so this gets under control.

I think it's the NJ Transit 167 line that goes to PA bus terminal at 42nd street, Manhattan from the hotel. I believe the r/t fair is $4.10 and depending on the time of day you're riding, they have express and local buses. Tried to include the link and phone number to NJ transit in this post, but, apparently, it's not allowed.
