We stayed two nights in this fabulous guest house. The housekeeper, Cynthia, gave us a warm welcome & was so friendly & helpful. We loved her! The rooms & facilities are amazing & excellent value for money. We loved the fact we could use the kitchen & sit in the lounge to watch Tv/DVDs. The log fire was made each...

Maybe the other rooms were more generous but our room was a bit cramped, dark and the windows rattled in the continous wind. The Bathroom was tiny, but the shower was large and the bed was comfy. Cynthia was very helpful in recommending a couple of very good places to eat but we did not meet the owners. Breakfast was...

We stayed here as an overnight stop on the way to the Eastern Cape as so glad we did. When we got there we were met by just about the most pleasant and charming person you could meet, the wonderful and calm Cynthia. She showed us to our Ocean facing room and I don't think we moved off that balcony...

Thank you for taking the time to write such a touching review. It really made Cynthia's day to receive such lovely comments. She is a gem of a person and I'm so happy the film crew was not a bother to your stay. We look forward to seeing you on your return to Jeffreys Bay and make your longer stay...

The views are great and you can walk out from the garden on to a wonderful beech. But the award here should go to the photographer who took the internal shots. They deflect the reality of the accommodation in that the room was not that big and it could do with a bit of upgrading. Maybe I was expecting too...

We had the best room in the house and the extra payment for this was well worth it - The Oceanic Room. Huge terrace overlooking the beach with wooden sun loungers and comfy padded covers, two chairs and a small table. The room was large with a high vaulted ceiling, surrounded by glass, so the view from the bed was...

Wow thank you so much for such a glowing review! The owner and ourselves take a lot of thought in our library selection so it's much appreciated that you make mention of this- I'll be sure to let him know. As for the romantic breakfast, it really was a pleasure and I'm so happy you enjoyed the cupcakes so much:)...

We had a wonderful stay at Shaloha. We stayed in the Milkwood suite and enjoyed excellent views of the surfing taking place in close proximity to the guest house. The room has a balcony with a small bench and two sun loungers. Inside the room a comfortable daybed allows you to take a nap or read a book while enjoying...

Thank you to Zandra & Ross for being so accommodating to our group. We had the great fortune to take Shaloha exclusively for our family of 9 people over Christmas and NYE. The house is incredibly well thought out, giving each room (except one) a balcony and each floor has a large common areas for guests to gather. Waking up...

The best beach holiday ever. Upmarket and stylish while still being relaxing and private. Amazing views and a short stroll to the supertubes beach and shell collecting. Relax and listen to the thundering waves while you have an excellent nights sleep in a firm large bed. A must for a romantic getaway.

My wife and I spent five nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is intimate, with only five rooms and a maximum guest count of 10 people. From a surfer's perspective, the location is incredible. From the second level balcony you have a clear view of Supertubes. The management and staff were extremely accommodating and were warm, welcoming, and...
