For my work, I have had to stay in many different places in Cape Town (lodges, backpackers, ...) before finally deciding to move in Cape Town. The best place I have stayed in is definitely Intaba Lodge: the view from the terrace is breathtaking, the breakfast is served to you by the owners themselves, the beautiful garden must take so...

Definitely the best accommodation in Cape Town! On our first visit at Intaba Lodge, although my partner and I were on a business trip, the luxury of our room, the amazing views over the mountains, the relaxing nature setting, and the impeccable service made us feel like we were on a honeymoon. There was nothing like going back to Intaba...

I visited in January 2012 having seen the website and thinking that Hout Bay would be a good base for Cape Town and the peninsula, it was a good choice. Everyone was very friendly, enormously helpful when I had some problems with a stolen wallet and they give fantastic breakfasts with an amazing view! The pool was great and gardens...

Hout Bay is a great location to stay in Cape Town, very conveniently located for all areas of interest either in the city or further down the peninsula. Intaba lodge is in a beautiful setting, lovely and quiet with stunning views over the mountains. The hosts were very accommodating, they even arranged our hire car for us before we arrived....

We stayed 5 nights in December 2012, and we dearly remember this lodge as the very best we have come across in SA. Location-wise, one couldn't dream of a better place to visit Cape Town and the peninsula: despite feeling like a peaceful and private haven, it is very central, and very close to town. We were especially touched by...

I stayed at Intaba Lodge for three nights in December, and I can't fault it. The hosts were incredibly helpful and knowledgable (they also sell very good wine!); the room was spacious, clean, light and very pretty; the veranda has the most wonderful view; the garden is gorgeous; the lounge is large and full of useful reference books (although I...

We just stayed at Intaba lodge for 3 nights, and must say that we enjoyed a lot our stay... The lodge is beautiful, with an amazing view over the surrounding mountains... The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, rooms are large and beautifully decorated, breakfast is excellent... But the best is clearly the great welcome and service from Pierre Marie and...

Our first stay was 2010. We liked it so much that we came back in 2012, for a whole week. The first time we stayed at the tree cottage. A very unusual cottage, and you're all by yourself, separate from the main building. Second time: the rock studio. Also very spacious with all you need. Baetiful furniture, curios and antiques...

After a month of holidays spent in South Africa in August 2012, among whom one week in the region of The Cap to Houtbay at "Intaba Lodge" and three weeks in the "KRUGER PARK", we were able to test different lodges, but the first one at the top of list is INTABA LODGE to HOUTBAY. A lodge held by a...
