Paul and Lynne made our stay in Robertson that much more enjoyable through their warm hospitality. Comfortable room, huge bed with duvet and additional blankets available, plenty of hot water. Most enjoyable breakfast with home made jams. Nothing was too much trouble.

This is a homely place run by a friendly older couple (like me) and it really had a home air about it with the family dogs running around. Nice clean rooms, a little small but well furnished and comfortable. I had a great conversation with the owner about South African politics and life - a dangerous subject in some quarters...

Fantastic friendly clean place to stay, nothing seemed to much trouble for our hosts, swimming pool was an excellent bonus. Breakfast was superb and our hosts knew all the great places to eat and even went to the trouble of booking tables for us

Paul and Lynne were fantastic, friendly and great hosts. Paul even helped me change a flat tyre when we arrived! The Double deluxe room was well equip and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and quite generous, my wife and I just-just managed to finish it.

Enjoyed our stay, made all the better by the excellent hosts who couldn't have been more helpful. Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Town center was walkable too, which helped since we didn't have a car (we were cycle touring). Spud and co (their dogs) were well behaved and fun too. Thanks for a nice stay. Recommended!

The place is in a residential area and there is very little traffic around so it is very quiet and peaceful. They have a swimming pool which was used...

There it was great to hear all the interesting and very helpful informations and stories, which Lynn & Paul gave us about RSA and especially about the local region. Not to forget the...

Visiting friends in Capetown we decided to head inland for a few days and chose Cedar Lodge as our "home" after a phone call to Paul. This was the perfect decision for us while touring the surrounding region. Lynn, Paul and their brood of 4 rescue dachshunds spoiled us with refreshments, wonderful cooked breakfasts and overall friendliness, spending time outside...
