Thanks Ian, we had lovely time and the lodge is very comfortable. Definitely a great place to relax. The place is spacious and well equipped, big rooms and kitchen. Central to all the activities and shops.

Attended a New Moon Sound Alchemy gathering and it was a beautiful experience in the function room at Pelican Lodge. The Lodge was spotless, everything seemed well organised, I was warmly welcomed. I enjoyed the notice boards advising guests of interesting activities for them to enjoy.

We spent a few nights at this lodge last week whilst visiting Sedgefield. Great rooms, very comfortable setup with free WiFi and great breakfast options with the best coffee I have tasted. Hands on owner who even did airport runs for us, going the extra mile! Check them out!

What an amazing stay. Only one night but loved everything about this b & b. Great rooms with big comfortable beds, stunning breakfast including homemade rusks and friendly staff. One of the best I have ever stayed in. I would have given it six stars if it was possible.

When you live in a small town like Sedgefield you often don't get around to trying local establishments I've driven past Pelican Lodge many times and have always thought how attractive it looked. Recently I had to attend a function there and it was a really good opportunity to assess the facilities, particularly to be able to watch how the...

We were made very welcome when we arrived for our one night stay in Pelican Lodge. Having telephoned in advanced we were offered a very good rate for the two bedroom self catering Garden Suite, which was much cheaper than booking on line. The three of us had plenty of room and were comfortable and warm with the efficient gas...

Excellent accommodation and staff, and value for money. Good location near N2 although you can hear traffic noise. Handy pub across road to get a meal without having to drive. Everywhere clean and functional, really good breakfasts. Only 5 min drive to a superb beach on the Indian Ocean. Only a couple of minutes drive to local supermarket/shops. Sedgefield is...

Where to begin. Lovely welcome from the owners of the Pelican. We were booked for 3 days and questioned whether we should not have stayed so long. Little did we know that after 24 hours we would be extending our stay for a further night and wished it could have been longer. The guest house is beautifully appointed and managed....

Our family had a celebration for my mom's 80th birthday in our very special place in the world-Sedgefield. My parents and 2 nephews stayed in the family room in Pelican Lodge for 2 weeks. Everything about it, from the accommodation to the breakfasts and friendly owner and manager, was a delight. We had numerous braais and bonfires around the gorgeous...
