Hi, I stayed a while in Bali and I chose to stay in Sunset Terrace because they gave me a good discount. But every month the price was higher and the service worse. Just round the corner from my fave seminyak shops,sunset terrace is a great place to escape the intensity of kuta. Huge living and bedroom area with a kitchen /fridge and air con...perfect getaway! Helpful staff without being overbearing and constantly heckling.

we found this place by accident and checked it out, moved in the next day for 3 weeks. Its right in behind the restaurant road of Seminyak and close to bars and restaurants of Ku De ta, Sarong, Huu Bar and our favourite place Grocer and Grind ( breakfast/deli etc.) it is about 3 star but really quite new and... We booked Sunset Terrace through Wotif, and after arriving here after a long flight we were shown to villa #2, and I went to take a shower. location is ok, 6 or 7 minutes walking from oberoi. But price is way too expensive for the value. Very noisy place, lots of works all around, roasters and neighbours every morning starting 5am.. for the area this place is situated its good value. set in back from expensive reataurants and bars and in an area where most accomodation is in expensive villas. there is occasionally a rooster crowing next door like in most places that have local neighbours. theres ataxi depot right across the road so im sure if you use these taxis... This guesthouse is too expensive for the value. The bathroom is dirty, After the shower in the bathtube you can "swimm" in the bathroom. Plates and dishes are broken and even no bottle opener in the room (... and they sell bottles at the reception). Very noicy.
