Mery and her husband will be there for you all day long. They provide advice and help for every little problem. E.g.I had some difficulties to book some flights I needed. Mery would call a travel agency figuring out the best options and dates while I was climbing the vulcano with her husband. She even would pay the flights before...

Loved this homestay! Mery and her husband Abdy were incredibly friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable! Their English is outstanding and the quality of the homestay is definitely above average. Abdy took my friend and I to climb the volcano Mt. Sibayak. He was kind, knowledgeable and funny :) excellent guide! Overall, my experience at this homestay was unbelievable and it made...

Nachelle Homestay truly exceeded our expectations :) There's absolutely nothing to be unhappy with or complain about. The very opposite, everything was great and we absolutely loved it! Mery and her husband Abdy are very welcoming & caring couple, not to mention their lovely daughters. From the moment we arrived in Berastagi they're so pleasant and explained us everything in...

Nachelle homestay is a decent option while staying in Berastagi and can be highly recommended. Location is convenient (though not downtown - it's a 15 min walk or 2-3 min by plenty of the minivans bypassing Jalan Veteran). The surrounding of the homestay is - like almost whole Berastagi not really welcoming and clearly it is NOT a tourist-town like...

The homestay is clean, nice and simple. The wi-fi works great (but only downstairs). The hot shower is nice to have after a long walk. But the best thing about Nachelle home stay is Mery, the host. She is incredibly helpful. knows everything about the local transportation (and the price of it). She gave us great advice for our further...

I stayed here in the first days of July 2016. Berastagi was my first destination after two days of travelling, so I wanted a place to stay where I would feel really comfortable. I read all the positive reviews of Mary's hospitality, so I decided to stay here. The room was very clean, Wifi and breakfast were good, and Mary...

From the start, Mery was a great host. She explained everything around the village, the public transport, the good restaurants and showed us around in her beautiful home! The room was great, clean and with a magnificent view on the Sibayak volcano. The rooftop terrace is great, it offers a 360 degrees view over the whole area including the two...

Tucked away in a little alley to the right of the convenience store, last door on the right is an unlikely place to stay. It's a little out of town but simple to get to on mini bus. Most tourist drivers know it. Rooms are large and spotless. The bathrooms with hot shower too. The owner Meri speaks excellent English...

Good and clean guesthouse, rooms with hot shower! It's a bit difficult to find on your own, but most drivers will now where its is! otherwise have your driver call mary to have her explain how to get there! Abdy provided a great tour to the volcano, and allthough it was busy there (on a sunday) he knew a spot...
