    Sorry to hear this Mr. Graham as much as we would like to offer the best during your stay untoward incidents happen. We called already the provider re: WIFI connections where every one is experiencing. They had some technical problem for 2 days but they promise to do their best to avoid again any complains re: connection. WE do have menus but we are still finalizing what to put in it. AS soft opening property we are changing the menu we will check with the chef re: this matter. Our room rate is still at promo rate extension. I believe our price is still competitive for a suite at our rate is way too low compared to others we are still on completing all our item before the final opening. Again we feel sorry for this. We will try our best to improve and thank you for your feedback . God bless
