The view from this rooftop restaurant is very nice. The food is pretty good, the service is typical for the Philippines. They have bands on weekends, and it can be fun to go there. It is worth a visit.

Initial check in, smooth, but no offering of staff to assist with your luggage to your room. The

Dear guest....I guess you are true to your word and as expected you decided to take to the internet in order to slam the hotel over an issue that was of your own making. I guess that you needed to make good on your threat. Like most hotels, there are special services that are available for extra payment. Just because a hotel has a restaurant doesn't mean you can eat for free. Most people understand that and generally follow the rules. We can make exceptions for nice and courteous guests, but when a guest is rude to the wait staff, as in this situation, we will certainly abide by the posted rules. The fact that the use of the cabanas require additional payment is clearly posted on the cabanas themselves and in the information guides in the rooms. A guest must pass by the signage to enter the cabana. I find it difficult to believe that the guest did not know this requirement before he sat down there. My staff talked to him several times informing him of the rule and even brought over the restaurant manager. However, none of that was good enough for him. He was insisting on talking to the GM. As the owner, I happened to be at the rooftop so my staff informed me of the situation and I approached the guest. I introduced myself as the owner and explained the rules to the guest. Unfortunately instead of showing any willingness to follow the rules or ask for an exception, his reaction was to inform/threaten me with a negative post on the internet. Perhaps he has done this before in order to intimidate a business owner/employee in order to get something for free. Anyway, after a few minutes and probably sensing that I was not going to grant an exception, the guest did collect his items and vacate the cabana. It's unfortunate that this guest refused to follow the hotel rules and then when reminded of them, his first reaction is to threaten to make a negative post on the internet. Obviously, we want our guests to enjoy their stays with us and I don't think its too much to ask to follow the rules. Have a wonderful day and I hope that where ever you stay in the future, you will be more respectful of the rules. Kindness will get you a lot further than intimidation.

If arriving to checkin at 2am, what is policy?
For an arrival at 2 AM, since we book according to room nights, you would need to book the room for the night before to guarantee access to the room immediately when you arrive. Otherwise, if you can wait to 6AM to check-in, you would only be charged 1/2 day for the early check-in. Our front desk is open 24 hours so no issue with arriving at anytime ...day or night.

I don't have a credit card, can I reserve a room via GCASH payment?
Xhyn, Thank you for the inquiry. The Central Park Tower does allow reservations to be made without credit card payment. You may make the reservation through our cpangeles website Upon arrival at the hotel, you would need to pay for the first night of lodging plus leave a P1,000 refundable deposit. Central Park Manager
