This hotel is equipped with almost everything you will need in reasonable prices - spacious room, comfort bed, various TV channels and well arranged room & bathroom. I would rated 5/5 if certain item is available on site like hair dryer for instance. Otherwise, everything is perfect!

Capacious room with mini breakfast buffet, Nice staff, Plenty of car park. This place is like a community mall with restaurant, fitness and hotel in same area. The location is close to nakornratchasrima city, also the department stores and the hospital.All of these come with reasonable room rate with breakfast at 840 Baht per night.

Pros: Good, comfortable room. Cons: No safe in room or reception. Location: Far from most things.
Stayed 29-Apr-2017 for 1 night and booked 2-standard rooms with breakfast. Stayed in rooms 208 and 212 with 1 room in between us.
Reception confirmed that there was no safe in the room or in reception for our valuables. We were only staying overnight so not too much of a problem.
The twin-bedded rooms had a big fridge. There were no teas/coffees in the room but were free in reception.
The room had wooden furnishing and flooring which gave it a 'zen like feel'. Also a Japanese type bench under the shower.
We were told by a local that there was 1 bar within walkable distance. Macro super store was 10-mins walk away but were not serving food at 18:15pm. We walked towards the town centre via a vegetable market for a further 50 minutes to BigC where we had some food, visited the Korat statue and took a tuk-tuk taxi back to the hotel for 200baht.
Breakfast was the usual buffet with hot and cold food.
Tuk-tuk taxi to and from the bus station was 80-100baht each way.

This is a modern hotel that exceeded our expectation during our stay in Khorat. This hotel makes you feel pampered and their staff is so welcoming and helpful during our entire stay. The bed is clean and comfortable and every space in the room just makes you feel at peace. During our stay we had to print out some documents for business and the staff was very helpful to print our stack of paper documents for free. This place is definitely clean and new compared to the other hotels in the area. I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Khorat in the near future.

If you are looking for new hotel with budget lower 1000 with breakfast, this may be one of your good choices.
Location is in the middle of Central Plaza and Terminal 21.
Small Sport Centre is in front of the hotel with Fitness Centre and Badminton court.
Breakfast is very ok for what we paid.
There is no 7-11 near the hotel (or by foot). If needed, please bring some foods or snacks or drinks. However, there are still some at reception at small price.
Travel by car is highly recommended.

We where looking for a long time in Korat to fined a nice place to stay, and we found, this is splendid you really get what you need for your money.
Friendly staff and also the people from the restaurant.
This Hotel is locate close to the Terminal 21 a new big mall in Korat but you need a taxi if you don't have a car. It's locate in a quit area.
Rooms are splendid nice decoration what you not see in any other Hotel in this City and the room is big and the bed for a foreigner is excellent soft what also hardly to find is in Thailand without spending a couple thousent Bath a night.
This Hotel is avorall very clean, and even serving koffie / tee for free ad the lobby.
The food from the restaurant is good from taste and also a good choice from the menu.
Breakfast is good jest what you need.
Big parking place with security.
First time that I rate a Hotel in this price class as Excellent, my recommendation keep this high standard for this low price.

I have been there for 8 days in Feb 2017. The residence is located not far from the city Center ( 20 mins walk and 5 mins by Toktok). The Hotel is so clean, the rooms even the singles are so big. the rooms are completely furnished and the air conditions work properly all time due to the warm weather. the staff are so polite and kind , even they can not speak English well they try their best to fulfil all your requests. Also, The Hotel has a very big Gym . The Breakfast is good and you can have different choices even if you are not fan of Thai Breakfast. The Price is so Cheap ( Actually Half of the other Hotels) but the quality is much more better than the others.
