The room is physically clean and nice, just fews spots that they have to improve, for example, the dirty kettle, etc. In case of professional service, please do not expect it, no in house telephone to call the staff to come and check your room.
But the important point is the staff did not well listen to your demand. Fortunately that there's grandpa staff who helped me a lot.

We came total 4 person. The staff was new and she gave us wrong information for example price of the room per night and also size of the extra bed. After that we asked for an extra blanket for the lilttle child. The old staff insisted to have an addtional charge. Everything need to be an extra charge. I am personally work for the 5 stars hotel. The staff said that she used to stay in 5 hotels and anything can’t be free of charge. By the way we just left. Since she never want to treat or take good care of customer. Bad service ever. Don’t stay here.

Wir haben mit meinen Eltern in diesem Hotel für eine Nacht übernachtet. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön groß und sauber. Man hat einen eigenen Balkon, kostenfreies WLAN und gratis Parkplätze auf dem Hinterhof. Frühstück ist nicht mit dabei. Leider gibt es keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer und auf Nachfrage hin auch keinen an der Rezeption.
Das Servicepersonal ist wirklich ganz lieb und hilfsbereit.
