Always stay here when home for the wife , Good honest hotel , nice location , nice staff and ok rooms not up to the standard of Sima Thani but neither is the bill . Always stay here and more than happy to recommend it .

Remember you are paying 750Baht for bed and breakfast. Average room, average breakfast,average pool. The staff are as friendly as you are. I have been comming here for 10years and found the staff to be very friendly. The cleaning staff will do anything if yoy ask them. The secret is yo ask them and not the front desk. Leave a small tipo every day and you will get anything you want. Internet is very slow but works. Remember you are paying 750baht.Room service is very good and the meals are very good. A very handy location. The beds are too hard and something needs to be done to rectify this problem. Overall value for money.

We stayed 2 days in a great room for 1500 baht (suite A),very spacious,and a smaller room for 800 baht.Hotel has swimming pool and The location is good,close to the Mall,a big shopping center.
Bad experience with the restaurant bill;The second evening they told us there was a discount of 20% on the restaurant bill if you had a room in the hotel.When we tried to claim our discount for the first evening reception staff blaimed restaurant staff and vice versa;even after a lot of discussion we had to pay for their mistake,which cost me 800 baht.I never go back again,for the same price there are better hotels in Korat (e.g.nearby ,the City Park Hotel etc.)

Lovely old school hotel
I found a secret deal bathtub smart tv
Breakfast buffet 5 min from 2 shopping malls and not far from 3rd . Walkable from train station to khao yai or khon kaen, be gentel and give the thumbs up when you can .
At night have concert, buy wine and enjoy the show .

No problems whatsoever here, very good price 750 Baht, has everything , the best thing is the location, only a few hundred metres from YamOh and the tourustic quarter. Try the markets too, walk around the moats.

Nice and clean hotel near shopping center The Mall Khorat. Room is big!!! Wi-Fi not free,but not expensive.Breakfast is ok and restaurant have delicious thai food.

K.S. is very handy to the 'Mall' and to the bus station north and train station.
The hotel has had a bit of an upgrade in the rooms with huge plasma tv's and pretty good beds.
A buffet is included in the 700 baht price so that is a real bonus.
You have a decent pool and a small sports club.
Internet in the room is charged on an hourly rate but there is an internet shop for peanuts around the corner.
K.S. offers value for your money.

The ks pavilion hotel is situated just off the main road 5 mins walk to the korat mall and 10 min walk to korat terminal 21 both great shopping malls full of shops and restaurants.
The entrance to the hotel area is grand and clean with marble floors as is the corridors , the rooms are getting refurbished but still ok only thing is lack of plug sockets .
On the second floor they have a pretty nice swimming pool with loungers and canopy to protect from the sun and small shop for drinks and snacks .
The staff are all great friendly and helpful especially the security guard phuatana really nice guy , remembered me from previous visit .
Although breakfast is included it’s not great fruit , tea , coffee , rice and few local dishes , but it’s there if you want it .
Each night they have a singer in the reception room singing local songs it’s ok if want to chill and have a beer .
The one thing I found out about this hotel which I found strange is ..... if you check agoda the price is almost 2000 thai baht , booking.com 1000 Thai baht BUT WALK IN PRICE 800 THAI BAHT.
So nice hotel good staff clean comfortable rooms but most importantly WALK IN .
Ps walk out of hotel turn right onto side road turn left small local restaurant open to late at night does really good Thai food for small price well worth a visit.

"Good location just off the main drag so not noisy on any floor. Although it features live music, the restaurant is a great venue for any one looking to relax. Rooms are average, but are clean and comfortable. The young concierge hustled to get our suitcase, etc, out of the car and up to the room, and very efficiently demonstrated the aircon and TV."Read full review
