It's new and very modern. Rooms are big. Lighting is good. Bathroom has modern Japanese toilet seat and shower room has a seat. Ample space to store and put personal belongings on. Large TV is of high quality. Limited channels, though. Staff are good and well trained. They can arrange transport easily, whether it's hire for the day or for short trips. Pool and gym are attractive but too small. Directly connected with the huge mall and a 24-hour supermarket, so it's extremely convenient.

Stayed here for a week for the first time and was looking forward to it. The hotel is nice and clean, staff polite, friendly and helpful. A shout to the front desks who also served with a big smile as well as the staff who always came to collect my laundry with a spring in his step and was always friendly as always.
The room is big and clean and the bidet kept the toilet seat heated. The shower was strong and hot when needed and the aircon easy to control with a comfortable bed for a food night sleep. Everything seemed to be good except that the breakfast area was kinda small with many tables tucked inside but it was still unable to cater to the weekend crowd. There was no table assignment for the guests and everyone was hunting for a table themselves and some seated at those which were occupied but went to get their food. The small area and screeching chairs made the experience poor. As some reviews mentioned, most of the items were unchanged day in day out. There’s always noodle dishes; fried noodle, spaghetti and soup noodles. Luckily there was a section making local tea and coffee which were more tasty than those from the machines but during weekends, long queues formed in the already small area making it rather unpleasant.
The shopping mall next door was a major disappointment; I had been to Terminal 21 in Bangkok and this one was really boring. The only fast food restaurant I know was KFC, apart from the donut shops. There were no McDonald’s, BK etc.
Overall the hotel was not bad as the staff really impressed me in their services but I will likely stay elsewhere next time due to the lack of food options at the mall next door.

This is a nice, clean, modern hotel well located for shopping and other services. There is a reserved part of the shopping centre car park for people staying at the hotel and porters will assist with bags from there.
Its only a short tuk tuk ride to all parts of the centre.
There is a nice pool on the same level as the restaurant.
The elephants were intrigued by the gadget attached to the toilet. Stay there and you can work it out for yourself.

The hotel is centraly located, easy to get to, has an entire shopping mall attached. A fairly new hotel rooms are bright and clean, bed is comfortable, medium firm with crisp white sheets, large bounce-back pillows. There are tea & coffee making facilities and plenty of bottled water, electrical and USB outlets are conveniently located next to the beds. The room was spotlessly clean throughout. There is signposted parking in the Terminal 21 multistorey car park which leads via escalators or lift to the lobby. On floor 'F' you can find the restaurant, gym and an infinity pool which is nice but rather small.
Breakfast was a wide spread however here is where things went wrong for what would otherwise have been an ideal overnight stay. All of the western hot food was only just warm, non of the warmers were on and things like cooked meat (bacon, sausage) were being held at the ideal bacteria breading temperature. However all of the Asia hot food was being heated and piping hot. Non of the cold food (fruits etc.) was being kept cold again being left to reach room temperature about 22°c.
I was not able to eat anything at breakfast and I complained to the duty manager about this. The duty manager was apologetic, seemed to understand that this was a serious issue and offered to have some food cooked fresh for me. Given the time I needed to leave with a long drive ahead that day so I declined.
If the restaurant can sort the food hygiene issues this hotel would be very good and I would stay here again.

The hotel can’t be for leisure, in my 30 years of corporate travel worldwide, this is the first hotel which will not serve alcohol, when asked for it you are advised to go to Foodland in the Mall next door to buy the same.
Worse still. I wanted only a Zero beer, non alcoholic. So after a tired days of work when you get to hotel for a shower and relax. Ordering a beer, you will be in for a surprise.
The amenities are fine. I booked through booking.com on best room available. It was honoured ( often times I worry. If I will get such a room despite booking at highest category). The weird stuff is wash room is there is no conditioner and water from shower temple seeps underside to the wash area making it messy. Room 1808.
I may not return here again.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in Thailand. You have a magnificent view of the sunset and the city at the swimming pool and the rooms facing the swimming pool. The breakfast was amazing and there is a nice kids' playroom. There is a free laundry service. The bed was very comfortable and they even use Japanese remote control toilets. Service was good and prompt. I can't wait to stay here again.

The hotel has an entire shopping mall attached. The rooms are bright and clean, bed is comfortable, bathroom has modern Japanese toilet seat and shower room has a seat. Ample space to store and put personal belongings on. There are tea & coffee making facilities and 2 bottles of water. The internet connection was fast. Parking is on level G, from there is access to terminal 21 shopping complex, and via escalators or lift to the lobby. On floor F is the restaurant, gym and an infinity pool which is nice but very small. Breakfast was so-so, a lot of Asian dishes, but fried eggs and omelette could be ordered.
Staff are friendly and helpful. A big plus is the 21 Terminal mall and the Foodland 24-hour supermarket, the only place where we could get a wine. There is no lounge or bar in the entire hotel where we could get an alcoholic drink.

Best place to stay in Korat. We stayed there twice in a week during a road trip. It is simply the best hotel in Korat. It is a modern city hotel attached to Terminal21 mall making it very convenient for food & shopping. The rooms were large with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was good. We didnt each lunch and dinner at the hotel as the food court in Terminal21 mall is too hard to beat. We had some of the best food in Thailand at unbelievable prices there. Highly recommended hotel if visiting this part of Thailand.
