Stayed here for a week and a bit. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here.
Room was clean and spacious. Nice shower and bed was comfy. Cleaning staff always had fresh towels when needed, and the rooms were regularly cleaned and stocked with bottled water and coffee.
The staff at the hotel were FANTASTIC. Very kind and friendly. Front desk were always willing to offer assistance and eager to help. The cleaning staff were also on the ball, doing their job with a smile on their face and pleasant to deal with. Top marks to the hotel staff.
The only slight, and small slight was the strange system of doing laundry where one had to list each item of clothing. Id suggest doing it by weight is a better system. Also the restaurant and cafe staff were not great at dealing with customers. Not looking at the customer when giving food, or change, not giving the full attention, etc. But the food in the restaurant was very good. I had a burger and fries with a coffee. was fine. Came to about a 6 Euros 80 cents. (A tad bit expensive)
The Hotel has a nice outdoor seating area, with a fountain and a small stream. Is nice to sit down and relax in.
Overall, I had a good time at this hotel, and if I am back in town I will definitely like to return. Recommended

Stayed here overnight while passing through Korat, because of its location (close to The Mall). Friendly staff. Took a "VIP" room which was actually like a studio: 2 spacious rooms, incl kitchenette (halogen stove + microwave), big cooler, 2 airco"s. Clean & everything in good working order. Enough power plugs + small bedlamps. Only odd thing is that the shower/bath is next to the bedroom, while the toilet can only be reached through the "living room". Ample parking in front of the hotel. 2 minutes walk gets you in The Mall. Very good deal.

Traveling with a child we get a room with a king bed and a single bed. In the bedroom there was a king size bed and a single bed. The bedroom was clean and separate from the living room by a glass door. The residence is very close to the Commercial Center.

The room is clean and spacious; the air-con is OK, yet a little bit noisy. The WiFi was average, unstable at times. A deposit is required and returned when the room key is given back at the reception during check-out. Overall OK with nothing outstanding.

I chose this hotel for its location - right next to The Mall. I also liked the photos of the garden. The cafe is nicely positioned by the garden but I found the Western style breakfast unexceptional. The room looked a bit dated but was clean and comfortable and had everything I would expect, with the addition of a sofa. That is unusual and much more comfortable for sitting than a bed, better for a long stay. Everything worked, including the free WiFi. I would stay there again on future visits to Korat.

The hotel has a private car park which is good for drivers. The hotel has a shortcut to the mall just next door which is convenient. Stayed in the presidential suite, but it had none of the crockeries although it had what looks like a kitchen. Overall, average but convenient.
