We stayed for 3 nights during the rain season at the end of June. Actually we arrived in Phu Quoc one day earlier late at night & wanted to stay near centre to go to Dong Duong night market, hence we booked another hotel in centre. The next day the resort arranged a free pickup from my hotel in Dong...

Lovely place , nice staff, good food. Our stay was 'what might have been' given we copped the tail end of a typhoon for the entire time. Family bungalow was perfect for us with 2 kids, only negative was the verandah got hammered by water as it didn't have any awning, so we were stuck inside for most of a...

My boyfriend and I stayed at Mango Bay for 6 days, it was one of the most beautiful sunset I had in my life. Because we choose the wrong season (Wet season), so it rained 4 days, even that we still really enjoyed our stay. 1. Absolutely amazing food with beautiful views facing ocean from the deck restaurant. 2. Very...

If you are looking for an unpretentious, peaceful and rustic place to stay, this is it. If you are looking for 5 star luxury, look elsewhere. Our six days here was the perfect end to a busy travel itinerary around Vietnam, although I would probably stay for only 3 days next time. It's in a more isolated location and getting...

The resort was nice enough, the staff were very helpful and tried their best to assist us when we arrived in bad weather. We didn't get the most out of it due to the weather, but there is a nice restaurant with books and games etc and umbrellas provided there and in the rooms. The cabins were spread out around...

We relaxed at mango bay for 5 days, and enjoyed every minute of it. From checking in to leaving the staff were excellent, and so was the food, we ate here every night and the menu choice very good, something for everyone and we thought very reasonably priced. The breakfasts were impressive with baskets of fruit portions and different types...

I stayed at Mango Bay in the wet season, and extended my stay to be 10 days. I had to move for a number of reasons and stayed in 4 different rooms so can give a thorough review! Firstly, the staff were really exceptional. Very helpful with everything, always did the right thing to try and accommodate me, very good...

My partner and I stayed at the resort for 3 nights 3 days. We have mixed feelings about our stay. The best thing about the resort is obviously the views surrounding the property which are very beautiful! The beach is clear and clean(however the rest of the beach not on the property is highly polluted. . Not just a few...

First of all I would like to say sorry for being so late with the review! The experience we got in this extremely nice resort is definitely memorable. Everything was just perfect. The room, the food, the stuff, the nature and the concept. We had great time there and special tanks to the exceptional stuff "Thanks guys". You make the...

I heartily agree with earlier reports re Mango Bay and Ong Lang Beach. The thing that makes this resort outstanding is the Staff. In a country where the attention paid to tourists is already of a high standard compared to Australia, Mango Bay staff stand out as the best of the best. I understand that staff turnover is low and...

This is a low density resort, driven by a passion for the environment, intelligent use of materials, and strong support for island culture. Mango Bay is tucked away off the beaten track, with Vietnam's first rammed earth bungalows, enclosed by beach and protected forest.
