The hotel is in the old town, easy to find and right beside the river on the opposite side to the Castle. Everything can be easily reached on foot. The staff are especially friendly and welcoming, and speak perfect English. The rooms are comfortable and modern. Lat/lon: 40.70351/19.94822

The Albanian chef at the restaurant in this hotel have not been abroad in Italy for nothing. The typical Albania dishes have an Italian touch and are great. Try the tortellini with fresh sage and the antipasto mix with charcuterie and a selection of Italian cheese.

A traditional style hotel, which means that every thing works, and the plumbing is quiet. Never quite got the hang of the complicated Television. The curtains at the window look like a thick muslin rather than proper curtains, which might seem a little disquieting, but everything is so quiet

The wine and food was delicious. The waiter did spill wine all through one of my kids meals and after a bit of conversation...
