We 6 family were there for 1 night in January 20017. Next day morning the water supply was not there and the Hotel says the water line is jammed due to snow !!!!! Room warming system was also not efficient in all our rooms. Again the place is unique and it worth visiting for a day and try not to...

The location of this hotel is superb, you have great views. The wooden rooms are big and warm. The restaurant makes you feel as if you were eating at a house of a local family (and maybe you are). At night it gets really silent and dark, you could only hear a few dogs barking outside, which we found exciting....

Stayed here each way en route to Mongar. Staff really lovely. Food very nice. Most amazing breakfast which includes chips - were not ordered! But hey, they were not sent back to the kitchen..lol. Rooms do have heating facilities, but this hotel is high on a mountain pass and is therefore VERY cold in the winter. I wore many layers...

We chanced upon this place after another hotel made an error without booking and we were left stranded. But I am so glad we landed here. It turned out to be the highlight of the trip. The location is fantastic. Atop a hill from where you can view the mountains, the roads and the valleys. The rooms are very cozy...

If as tourists you do not hv any TO DO list then I strongly recommend at least a nightz stay in this hotel. Serene surrounding, average food, comfortable rooms. You can unwind urserlves by taking long walks around , by sitting by the riverside or by just being with ur family/friends

It was foggy and cold, so we did miss the views from the top of the pass. Our room was quite dated, and the shower was in the middle of the bathroom floor. The food was adequate, but the service was not the best. Would pass on this one if we return.

Visited this place 2 years ago in May, such a wonderful place, it was hot and sunny - not like in Thimphu those days. Stayed 2 days, had room with a river view. Tidy, with a good breakfast and staff always ready to help. Wish we'll come there again.

if you travel between the capital city Thimphu to Punakha, you will use the mountain pass Dochula - and this resort is located in the area. At about 3150m from sea level, Dochula offers on a clear day - the most spectacular view of the Himalayas mountain ranges. For this reason it's worth staying at least a night at Dochula...

The breathtaking views from this resort will have you amazed. The resort has binoculars from which you can get to see a clear view of the snow capped mountains. The rooms and the bathrooms are in excellent condition, with electric blankets, a room heater, bathtub ( could not have asked for more). One should definitely spend a night to experience...
