This property is located 1.5 kilometres to the west of Trongsa with a great view looking over Trongsa Dzong and down the valley. The resort is set on the hillside amongst lush gardens and a flowing stream with a prayer wheel gently ringing a bell. Our room was spacious and clean with a small balcony. Sleep quality was excellent, and...

We stayed two nights at the resort. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special by the smiling and gracious staff. we enjoyed every moment of the stay. The resort is located right at the entry to the town. The ambience is great. The gardens are beautifully kept. i was especially taken in by the little lilly...

Hotel has a magnificant view of the fortress. In the evening and early morning, the place is 'flooded' with clouds and gives a feeling that you are living in the clouds. Can be a little cold even in summer but the electric heater in the room helps. Good room size and big bath room. The wood finishes in the room...

We were greeted by the friendly hotel staff with hot towels and were promptly ushered to our room. Room and toilet were spacious and clean, not to mention a wonderful balcony with a view overlooking the Trongsa Dzong. The resort is quite big, takes about 5mins to walk form the main lobby to our room. The surroundings are quite picturesque...

One of the better hotels we stayed at during our 2-week trip in Bhutan. Clean rooms with comfortable beds; big bathrooms with reliable hot water at good pressure that is not to be taken for granted in Bhutan. I slept really well as there were no dogs barking, which often roused me from my sleep. They also have a good...

The staff was very professional (perhaps not as friendly as some). The grounds and rooms were very clean but a little run down: paint and maintenance would help. Great view of the dzong, but not near town (would be hard to walk anywhere). The very good restaurant served red wine from four countries, an excellent Chicken Kiva for dinner, made-to-order...

We stayed in 6 hotels during our 13 DAYS trip to Bhutan and this hotel offered us the most exceptional service. The property is quite huge and well maintained for its size Another positive thing about this place is that almost every room has a balcony. We had a great time sipping our wine while enjoying a beautiful sunset in...

Arrived at our hotel after 8 hours of driving on rough terrain (with some amazing views), but the hotel is quite attractive and the city is gorgeous. The breakfasts leave a little to be desired (fruit from the trip came in useful). Dinner in the form of the "snack" items - like chili chicken - are sufficiently filling that taking...

The hotel has a nice layout with sit outs for each room with a view of the Trongsa Dzong. The rooms are fitted with a heater. Hot running water in the bath. There is free Wi-Fi but no television. Staff is courteous. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner.

The rain poured with 'cats & dogs' and the service staff came armed with umbrella to whether us to the lobby. Indeed very service oriented. During dinner time, we even requested for porridge cooked to our tastes. Last but not least, the view from our hotel room was awesome too.
