There wasn't much in the area where the hotel is. The room was basic, no frills. Breakfast was ok. There were hot items. The staff was pleasant. If you are staying for a night and get in late, it is fine. Don't plan an extended stay here.

We used our Texas Farm Bureau code and was able to stay for cheap. The room was clean, but the walls were paper thin! We could hear everything the people next door were doing. The bed was hard as a rock. But the room was cheap. This hotel was good for the overnight stay in our travels.

We stayed with our family of 3, the room had only 2 towels. When I went to ask for more the owner handed me one more towel. We each use 2 towels per person (one for hair and one for body). I asked for 3 more then the one he handed me, he replied I gave you one and now...

We booked our rooms, when we arrived I was told that my credit card, did not go through and now they had no rooms available. When I contacted my Credit card company, they said that the charges went through fine. So as it turned out they had over booked the hotel and then lied to me about my credit card...

All I needed was a basic room for my "in transit" overnight on a thunder run from Texas to Salt Lake City. This property fit the bill for that. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. My only slight issue was noise from the room next door. The soundproofing in the wall was a bit lacking as TV...

Good place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Small but comfortable and clean rooms. Water with oranges a plus. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Try and get the suite because these are much larger.

A great place to stay and the staff is excellent. I will recommend this place to others. Location is great and breakfast was good too. I will stay at this hotel whenever I am in Farmington. Get the suite and it has good amount of space available along with much more amenities than the regular room

Had dead crickets in drawers by AC, bath towels smelled - had to use hand towel to dry off after shower. Not dirty, but not clean. Since the price was good and hotel was better than most in that area, I would stay there again.

I've regularly travelled to this property, at least once a year for the past 8 years or so. I'm finally done with them. I'm on a limited per diem, so I look for reasonable prices. This property generally meets that need. In the past I've just taken a room with a single queen bed, some amenities but no desk and...

I stay at Quality inns often but this one is awful. Holes in the doors patched with a block of wood, dirty carpets, mud inside the AC vents, thread bear sheets, dirty bedding, fixtures falling off the wall. Trash in the corners, lamps that don't work... Staff is not helpful, the person in front of me was given a key...
