This motel room was clean and comfortable. The manager was very friendly and helped us with some car trouble that developed during our visit to Glenwood. We enjoyed our trip to this beautiful area of New Mexico.

It was apparent that this motel has been making improvements. The bathroom had a nice modern tile floor. While the original plumbing in the shower was a little hard to work with, it was manageable. Plenty of hot water and pressure. Beds in room 11 were firm. Room was clean. There is a back door and window providing an additional...

Only one room left when we made our reservations. It was a suite with four beds & just the two of us. Maryanna gave us the single room rate for the two days we spent there. It was a nice, comfortable place to enjoy nature and be close to friends during our visit.

This smaller motel met our requirements. The owner was very friendly and the room, though small, was clean and comfortable. We were the only occupants the night we stayed. The surroundings were beautiful and there were animals around in the morning. There is no coffee/tea maker or microwave in the room. A coffee room / breakfast room is set up...

I was down in the Gila area looking for wolves. Glenwood is a nice little town. There is nowhere to eat dinner but there is a great little breakfast place. The Glenwood Tavern is open Thursday through Saturday night and has some food. If you are in a pinch there is a store in Alma up the road to the...

I stayed here for a night based on the reviews. Well. I suggest you go to silver city. The heater didn't work, old plumbing made taking a shower a challenge. No microwave. No morning coffee. No wifi. Im easy to please but some amenities should be a standard. U get what u pay for.

We stopped here for a night on our tour of the Gila. We called ahead and reserved our room and were informed that there were no facilities in Glenwood on Sunday night, so we ate dinner in Silver City. Note there are few places to eat here or near here. The motel is an older property but very well maintained,...

We were travelling through to our way up to Holbrook AZ, when we saw this beautiful little village. So we decided to stay there for one night. We talked to this very nice German Lady, who owns and runs this historic place. It was great to stay there. The Motel is historic old, but in very good condition. It is...

This motel is clean, cozy, charming and inexpensive. I stayed here for one night on business and was very pleased with the condition of the rooms and the tidiness of the motel grounds. The manager was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. No complaints, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

“Stay here, this is a place, you will not find anywhere else. It is historic old, has not the standart of today, but it is very clean, very friendly and in a very beautiful area. Don´t forget, to bring what ever you need. There is no Grocery store or Gas Station. We got a good breakfast in Alma Store Gas Station, a kind of trading post just north of Glenwood. And we had a very good pizza at Mario´s in Town the night before. WE WILL BE BACK!”

“If you get a chance to see this area, plan to tay there for one or two days. There is no grocery store or gas station, so you should bring, what ever you need. We got a sixt pack from a nice local guy, who we met on the street. He told us, to come to his house an gave us some beer. It was great to sit outside in front of the Motel Room an enjoying the beer, watching the wild deer, the sars and the silence. The area around is very beautiful.”
