I checked in to the hotel after booking online. The agent at the front desk was not the most friendly person I have dealt with. I had to unload my overnight baggage at a rear door that required a key card which made it a bit difficult. The room appear clean at first but then by accident the front cover of the A/C unit fell open and divulged what seems to be a failure of facilities to clean the coils. Also found splatter on the wall above the trash can. How hard it it to wipe down the wall?

The hotel and staff was great. Only downfall is that is right next to the highway and the room we had was next to the highway so traffic was loud. The entrance door next to our room would shut very loudly waking us up .

Was very pleased with the quietness . Made the stay very pleasant. The pillows just need to fit the bed. The 4 pillows on the king bed were the size of couch throw pillows and weren't comfortable to try to sleep on.

Hotel prices in the area are pretty high so the rate here was very reasonable. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The furniture could be updated but any issues I saw were purely cosmetic. The bathrooms were nice, but the toilet made a gurgling sound for a few minutes after every flush. That was mildly annoying but it didn’t bother me too much.
