We are at the end of a two week Southwest trip into Arizona, Texas and New Mexico. We've stayed at a number of renovated old hotels. So we were anxious to see how the Plaza had been renovated. They've done a nice job. On checking in, Sean, the desk clerk was most engaging asking us about our day and our...

This property built in 1882 was a welcome overnight on our 1,300 mile journey. Set in a charming town square - it didn't disappoint. The staff was very helpful and friendly and even upgraded our room.

A wonderful experience - beautifully renovated, spacious room, friendly and competent staff, dinner on the outside patio was delicious and it all was an incredible value. Looking forward with delight to the next opportunity to stay there!

Wonderfully restored, historic hotel. Our room was beyond spacious. It was beautifully decorated and pet friendly. We ate twice at the restaurant there which offered fine service and a good selection for vegetarians. We will definitely be back.

Nice old fashioned hotel but is also haunted. People are very nice. Has a bar downstairs and also a restaurant. Has elevator and stairs. The 3 RD floor is the one that's haunted, also the basement. Very clean place if you don't mind ghost.

Starting with Sean, the Plaza's wonderful ambassador at the front desk, the entire experience was first rate. The room was enormous and beautifully furnished with desks, a couch, upholstered chairs all in period styles suitable to the 19th century. The restaurant was also terrific - one of us had the Brazilian seafood stew similar to cioppino, and the other the...

The Plaza Hotel in Las Vegas, New Mexico is one of the finest renovations/restorations of an historic building in the West. The character of the western frontier is not lost on the up-to-date amenities integrated into the 1887 hotel. The old department store building next door has also been restored and is now connected to the original Plaza. There are...

Time stands still in Las Vegas, NM. A true find and lovely ambiance. The food was great and the staff was very attentive to our needs. Close to shopping as well as adventure. Reasonable rates as well as vintage rooms that pay attention to details.

First, let me say that this is a lovely, historic hotel. Added bonus - If you are a fan of the TV series Longmire, this is the hotel that is shown in the background of the downtown Durant scenes with the Absaroka County Sheriff's office, which is across the street. When in Las Vegas, you definitely want to come see...

We were traveling through and stayed here one night. We enjoyed our stay for many reasons. The room was clean, comfortable and big. We reserved one of the inside rooms that are odd shaped. Loved how they post outside the room doors which stars have stayed there before. Love a clean hotel and this was. The entire hotel including the...
