The restaurant food was very good at the old hotel in Lincoln, NM. Home of Billy the Kid wild west area. The food was as good as any upscale restaurant without the high cost. If your in this area go and enjoy the food

I did not stay over night at this establishment but took a friend there for Sunday breakfast. It is a lovely hIstoric building and the dinning area is cozy. They serve a yummy Huevos Rancheros and great coffee. The staff is efficient and friendly.

We enjoyed this unique, historic spot from the Billy the Kid days!! We enjoyed a friendly, courteous service from kathy the owner. Our breakfast was more than enough, and a very good New Mexican Style breakfast!!! After breakfast, Kathy took the time to show us the B&B style rooms. Very nicely done with antiques galore!!!

Staying at the Wortley is a must if you find yourself near Lincoln. Cathy and Victor go above and beyond to make sure you are very well taken care of. Rooms are immaculate. Food is fabulous. Take time to enjoy the history of the town and hotel, sit on the porch and relive the past.

I'd been looking forward to staying at this hotel for months if not years. It was always going to be "a must" on our Lincoln trip and I'm so pleased we stayed, even if only for 1 night. We had room #3 which was one double bed, a small bathroom with shower, a chair, dresser & bedside table. Very basic,...

We stayed here to break up our trip and to see where Billy the Kid escaped from. The hotel rooms are small, but clean. Our bed was very squeaky, mattress just ok. But the hotel has a great porch/ rocking chairs to watch hummingbirds, deer, and sip coffee. Very quiet town at night. Breakfast was tasty, and Cathy was very...

The way to have the complete Lincoln Experience is to stay at the Wortley. We have stayed several times at the Wortley and will stay as much as we can in the future. Each time we leave relaxed, thanks to Vic and Cathy who feel like friends we have known for years. All of the reviews on tripadvisor are correct....

We have eaten and stayed at the Wortley numerous times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are clean and inviting, but the food is the real draw. The menu is limited so the cook can prepare meals to perfection. If you are a red and/or green enchilada sauce expert, you will be amazed by the home-made sauces on their...

This great little B & B has a great location almost across the street from the famous Lincoln County courthouse and jail noted for the infamous escape of Billy the Kid. The rooms are small and basic, but very adequate. This peaceful setting is not the place for television or wifi, but perfect for porch sitting, talking with others, reading...

The Wortley is a historic and charming old bed and breakfast that has been lovingly restored by current owners Kathy and Vic. Currently there are 5 rooms available and 2 more will be added in the near future. My husband and I lucked into the last room avail yesterday on very short notice. The room was tiny, super clean and...
