Visited the Inn with family and enjoyed an excellent Sunday brunch. They charge a single price for their brunch, but we were pleased to receive a reduced "senior" cost. They were a bit slow to seat us, but service was fine after that. Food offerings are quite varied (from traditional American breakfast to Italian to Mexican to seafood and deserts)...

My husband and I come here at least 3 times a year (it's a long drive from our house.) We definitely love coming here, the rooms are amazing with super comfy beds, the views you can choose to look at the mountains or the lake (we always choose the lake.) The last time we came however there was a sewer...

Beautiful property and setting- nicely appointed rooms abet needing some TLC? Staff was for the most part friendly and helpful- except for our brief encounter with the Concierge! She was NOT having a good shift! Casino was as expected and encountered in the numerous reservations across the country. Overall we were happy with the visit yet surprised to pay $150+...

The overall attitude of the employees and staff were very discouraging. For the price point of the hotel, bar, and restaurant I would choose to utilize my money at resorts that provide a higher level of service and accommodations.

Love this tranquil place nestled in the mountains of New Mexico!! The views are breathtaking and very mesmerizing. The lake is so beautiful and the trails are so nice to walk and enjoy. Every bit of that place is nice, from the employees, the rooms and the casino!!!! I recommend the buffet, especially on crab night so yummy!!!

Our daughter purchased a room for us online as a gift, get credit card was charged at time of purchase, upon check in, the desk would not honor this although printout from time of purchase was provided. Then we were charged 3x the value of the room due to there being a concert at the hotel.

We have stayed here many times. Its a great location up on top of a mountain S of Ruidoso. The hotel is large with underground parking available. We always go in the spring or fall (hate snow and cold wx). There is a lake outside the hotel on the N Side so suggest staying there and enjoy the view. You...
