Delightful place to stay. Very accessible from interstate and close to the Mesilla Plaza and a number of great restaurants. We stayed at Casa de Rosie for a one-night anniversary getaway, and we can't wait to go back! Our suite was massive, modern and clean, with a lovely bed and grand bathroom. Incredibly private for a B&B! Walking distance to Historic Mesilla, with great local artisans' shops and restaurants. While there is no coffee machine etc in the suite, Rosie...

Not like the pictures! No glasses in the bathroom for water, jug body wash on the shower floor along with an old bar of soap, no tissues available, no coffee/bottled water or snacks available. Living room dark and worn down. Kitchen cluttered and dirty. Linens in bedroom not like photos...poorer quality. Bed springs squeak and from what I've read that...

This B&B is comfortable and friendly. Rosie was a great host, the breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed going into the old town square for dinner. Our room was very nice with a large bathroom and excellent bed. We'll stay here again if we're in Las Cruces or Mesilla.

This quiet little B&B in Old Mesilla is just down the block from the historic plaza and hotels, easily within walking distance. It is small, well maintained and quiet. I would stay there again and highly recommend it. Breakfast is provided.

Stayed in the Master Bedroom over the Labor Day Weekend and absolutely loved it! Rosie was very welcoming and the house was beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful stay in the Casita at Casa de Rosie the end of August. The traditional adobe property is a short walk to the square down a lovely street. It is also a very short drive to downtown Las Cruces and its awesome Saturday Farmer's and Artisan's Market. Rosie was a perfect hostess and the breakfasts were scrumptious....

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Casa de Rosie is just one mile from Highway 10 and nearby Las Cruces. This is a beautiful bed and breakfast in historic old Mesilla, it is located about 100 steps from the Plaza and the Basilica of San Albino. This Bed and Breakfast has the distinction of being walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Old Mesilla, while still secluded and quiet. It is close to all the great restaurants of Old Mesilla, La Posta, The Double Eagle, Andele's, the Bean, and many more. Furthermore, Casa de Rosie is situated just down the street from the Rio Grande and the "Mesilla Valley Bosque State Park" (1.5 miles to the Park). Casa de Rosie (Rosie's Home) is situated on an acre of ground providing privacy and solitude for our guests. In the rear it is located right on the "Acequia", the canal that brings water from the Rio Grande. The dirt paths of the canal are perfect for those who like to run or walk for miles along the orchards and farmlands of the Mesilla Valley. Perfect for the most avid bird-watchers. Casa de Rosie is located on Calle del Norte (Highway 359) one of the few roads that cross the Rio Grande. Also, the Mesilla Bed and Breakfast is located on the major North South migratory routes of many bird species. The just opened Mesilla Valley Bosque State Park is just one mile away. ... more   less
