Stopped in for lunch awesome location undergoing what looks like renovations. Lunch was really nice great burger and beers were great to. Accomodation looks to be pretty primitive but well worth the effort to visit

Stayed in an ensuite cabin which was just part of a container box. Felt claustrophobic. Floor dirty, price expensive. Pool was nice and bar OK. The nearby (50 km) Crab Claw had way better accomodation. I suggest u stay elsewhere, but stop here for a beer & burger to watch the sunset.

Got a double room with ensuite and walked straight back out.. Wires hanging from roof and dodgy fire alarm old masking tape on doors..floors with huge ugly scrapings..got another room and went fishing only to return at 11pm to find all the toilets and showers turned off..no water to clean after fishing!! The food is just edible and the chef...

This is a very relaxing place but be prepared to pay a lot of money for very little. We paid $160 for a "2 bedroom donga" It was very small. There's 1 old BBQ for the entire lodge to use and no washing up facilities. The food at the restaurant was enjoyable but again expensive. Be prepared to spend a...

I saw the poor management & customer service in April 2016 but returned on the understanding there was new management in July 2016. I've never been treated so poorly by so many different people right to the top management who seem to have everybody on their toes to the point where no-one can make a decision. Booking in to your...

stopped in for dinner after exploring the area. My partner enjoyed his meal but mine was not nice at all. we did stay for a few drinks and the atmosphere was good, so next time we'll just be going there for drinks only.

Went to lodge at Dundee for a look and a few beers and were amazed what was there. The beach is amazing but the bities in the water make it a bit scary. We had a couple of beers at the bar and would say it's a must to have a look at while being in the part of the...

I’ll start this review by saying I’ve stayed at Dundee Lodge in 2015 – thoroughly enjoyed the camping experience, hard to fault pretty much anything (food, facilities, fishing etc.). Then we returned, at Easter, camping with friends. How unfortunate. More than 1.5 hours standing in line to check in to our campsite started the weekend with a bad taste. That...

We visited Dundee Lodge for the Easter weekend. From the second we arrived we were treated like a commodity and were treated like third class citizens. The food was not only extortionately priced but was poor quality. I would not recommend the $8 chips barely covering a plastic plate and the burger might lead people to believe that an oil...

Arrived for Easter camping and left a day early. Food poisoning from the disgraceful soggy meal for both my son and myself as we shared a plate. Camp bathroom was a mud pit with empty and partially full alcohol bottles and cans not cleaned for 2 days. Drunks swimming and screaming till 4.30am, drunken quad bikes all night and drunks...

“Sea view rooms overlook the beer garden and then the beach but are nicer, if not noisier, than the Dongas elsewhere so it all depends on why you are here.....fishing is the most popular activity and there are many, many options.”
