Very nice stay, a bit crowded at times due to the holiday. Kitchen was short on pots and pans, but otherwise well stocked. Artesian Restaurant very good. Nice hiking trails, do the loop up river and check out the round barn that was featured in " Young Guns". Pools where awesome as always, I have been coming here since 1979,...

Do not go here with young children! We arrived and went into the large pool between the hours of 10am-6pm ( when children are allowed in the pool) and people were not kind to us. Everyone was whispering and staring/ glaring at us. There is only so many times you can tell a 2 year old to whisper. The Staff...

My wife and I went here for a grown ups weekend without kids. It was unseasonably warm but very nice and walking around the resort in bathing suits in the early spring was a nice change from the snow. The Cliff side suite with outdoor soaking tub was spacious and nice. We loved falling asleep to the crackling of the...

This was our second visit to Ojo Caliente. We stayed in the hotel this year versus the cottages because nothing else was available. I was a little reluctant due to the fact that it only has a half bath and you have to use the bath house at spa. But it actually was very comfy and not inconvenient at all....

I used to enjoy Ojo Caliente until it went from a modest, welcoming spa to a resort destination that bilks you for cash. I went during the Holidays, which albeit I knew would be busy and more expensive, but it was much worse than anticipated. The women's locker room was so busy we had to wait for someone to leave...

If you come to Northern New Mexico, make time to visit Ojo Caliente. Wonderful mineral pools, expert spa treatments, lovely lodgings, excellent restaurant and bar, and perfect service amid natural grandeur. What's not to love? And they offer very reasonable day passes just to take the waters!

I have worked in hotel management for seven years, and hospitality for thirteen years, so I have some knowledge of the industry.
