This park is absolutely gorgeous. I was disappointed all the lake front sites were booked, but after speaking with a couple who were across from us who had a lake site, we realized how fortunate we were because they had an unbearable fly problem and were leaving early because of it. The lake front lots are heavily treed, but you...

A ways down in there but way worth the drive. Other campers were really friendly. Cement pads for the picnic tables was an added bonus. Nice hiking trails. Host was very informative. Signage about the area was appreciated.

Very nice State Park close to Roswell but quiet and pretty. Bath house very nice. Host was helpful. Lots of room and enough to explore, even for November. Stayed 2 night passing thru to see the local sights. Cowboy Cafe on the edge of town was Great too!!!!

Another very nice New Mexico State park. Reservation sites, some full hock ups, pull throughs, day use and swimming. Bathrooms have showers. Sites have 30amp and water, sites 3 thru 7 also have sewer hookups. Lea lake offers swimming. Canoes are welcome. There is a nature walk also. Haystack mountain hov park is 20 minutes away for dirt bike and...

This campground is situated on Lea Lake and is beautiful. There are lots of water activities and several other lakes to explore. The campground is clean, quiet, and well kept. The only downside was the abundance of flies at dusk.

We camped out here while we waited for our truck to be repaired in town. Met a few fellow campers, all good people. The sites are clean and all include their own covered picnic area and grill. This campsite is located next to Lea Lake, which we found to be quite lovely. The water was nice and cold, and the...

We really enjoyed our stay at Bottomless Lakes State Park! We chose a water/electric site for $14/night. Spacious site! Full hookup sites were available for $18, I believe. We enjoyed hiking through the wetlands, and to the many "bottomless" lakes. The visitor center was surprisingly comprehensive (surprising because it's a relatively small park) and the ranger was helpful. The evening...

The park is a geological wonder! The color of the water is amazing and all of the lakes are fun to see and hike up and down the ridges. Beautiful scenery all around. If you look at the park on a map using satellite, you can see how they are actually sinkholes!

Camped for 3 nights in a motorhome. Pull thru sites available. Just gorgeous rock formations and there are trails , fishing, swimming in one the larger of the lakes. Climbing rocks. Just great. Be sure to stop at the visitor center in the park to meet Jim Hunt. He's such a nice gentleman and has a lot to show you...
