Amazing hotel - my husband booked the honeymoon suite. Word to the wise book normal rooms at least 6-12 months in advance because it gets so booked up! Food is very good - dinner is bomb dining style so very romantic and authentic. Food was some of the best we'd had during our stay in South Africa. As for the...

My wife and I spent a few nights at Elephant Plains in early March to celebrate our anniversary. We were blown away by absolutely everything - it was incredible. The lodge itself is gorgeous. I'm glad to have experienced this gorgeous Lodge in Sabi Sands Game Reserve. I stayed in the Manyeleti suite and I definitely recommend it especially to Honeymooners. This cozy and big size elevated room, spreads out on a wooden deck with private plunge pool overlooking the savana. This is a fantastic place with a superb location and great staff. The luxury suite was large and airy with a beautiful view. We could see elephants and other animals from our terrase. We particularly enjoyed the game rides were we saw all the big five after just two trips. This is a place we would like to return to.
