The place is amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our ranger and tracker were brilliant, we saw the Big 5 in 1 game drive. We were very-very close to both lions and leopards, that was the highlight of our trip. They took care of my girlfriend's gluten-free diet, the chef even baked her special bread. Our safari chalet...

Idube was perfect. Our guide Mike and our tracker Edweis (sp?) were amazing. They found us every animal there was to be seen. Both were very knowledgeable and fun to be around. They went above and beyond to make sure we saw the "Magnificent 7". The accommodations were lovely and the food was amazing. The entire staff made you feel...

Amazing Lodge in the Middle of Sabi Sands Game Reserve. The food was great! Wouldnt misstand in a star Restaurant, diner was served around a campfire when the weather was fine, great! We even got a private diner the last night for our honeymoon, very attentive. The staff did everything to make us feel at home! The game drives were...

Rob the Ranger was as amazing as always. Despite a serious drought, we saw amazing wildlife...the Big Five, of course. Also, hyena puppies--super cute! Hippos! Birds of prey. Lots of grazers--kudu, impala, etc. A crocodile or two. Fireflies highlighted some lovely sundowners by the river. The staff at this sweet lodge is caring and attentive. I enjoyed a (significant) birthday...

This was our second trip to S.Africa at this time of year. Idube was a fantastic experience. Matt and his staff warmly welcomed us and we spent 5 very special days seeing many fabulous animals in their natural habitat. If you love leopards this is definitely the place for you - but the Big 5 and many many others were...

OUTSTANDING in all respects! Being our first trip to Africa, and our first safari, we had an idea of what we were hoping to experience, which Idube far exceeded in every way. From the minute you arrive, you are warmly greeted and welcomed into the Idube Family. After a welcome drink and orientation, you are guided to your private chalet...

Lets start with the most important: the safaris. These are more than great! At Idube its not only about what you see, but more HOW you see it. For example, we saw the big 5 during our 5 day stay several times, even in one game drive, but the way we saw all animals was beyond every imagination. Idube shares...

Stayed here for two nights. The cottages are very comfortable though the red brick construction is unexpected. The grounds are well maintained with kudus, wart hogs and other animals wandering freely. If you book a cottage with a pool you can expect elephants to stop by to drink the water. The food is plentiful and well-prepared with an interesting variety...

We spent 5 days at Idube. Elephants walk right by the Lodge. Nyalas and warthogs are resident. 2 leopards visited during the day. Game drives are superb - the guides and trackers ensure that you see as many different animals as you can. We never expected to get so close to the animals, while respecting them. Guides and trackers have...

Indeed Idube is a very special place for those who come to Africa to see the animals, enjoy great food and service and luxury accommodations. We were impressed with all the staff from the managers to all of those who made every day special. The managers, Matt and Anet, do a wonderful job with clients and staff to make this...
