This is an older property that is well maintained. Units are small with only 1 bath in a two bedroom unit. Our 101 unit has some features that allow for it to be more accessible and accommodating for our wheel chair needs but not an ADA standards. Due to special events for the weekend with a motorcycle gathering road noise...

Former apartment house. Pet friendly. Great accommodating staff. Things need refurbishing, and the staff knows it. Price is right for what you get. I had an RCI timeshare week. Liked the good and convenient location. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Had my dog with me and took him to the river everyday. He loved it of course. I was there...

Stayed here on two separate occasions on the way to and from Arizona. The first room was very clean and kept, except the bathroom needed a little updating. The downside to that room was noisy. There were people with children upstairs, and apparently they do not sleep all night. The only way I found to deal with the situation was...

This is a very nice facility. The staff is nice and accommodating and the room is great for a small family. We loved the fireplace. You can't beat the view. We have stayed here twice and will be back again.

Booked a two-BR unit to share with our daughter and son-in-law (they have a dog, and the site is pet-friendly.) The unit was clean, but showing its age and wear, and definitely too small for two adult couples (with or without a dog!) Fortunately, unexpected business obligations made it impossible for the others to join us, so we had more...

The ONLY thing good about this "resort" (term is charitable) is the pool. Indoor and heated. The units are old, dark and even the updated units are mediocre. Barely enough dishes etc to get by. If there is an upside about Pinecliff - it's the location. Close to many museums, attractions restaurants.
