For the most part it was great. Deer plentiful and friendly. Scenery outstanding. Restaurants accessible especially Chef Lupe's and the Italian place on Sudderth. Our view from our condo was outstanding. Only problem for me was the winding mountain road to the place was simply dangerous. If you go, be careful!

We stayed at this resort for 2 weeks. The location is very beautiful. The balcony has a wonderful view if Sierra Blanco mountains and a Lake. The condo itself is very large however it is in need of updating. The kitchen is not well stocked for a week or 2 week stay. The wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling off...

The area is absolutely beautiful, we saw mule deer, turkey and elk daily. The condos sit on top of a mountain so the views are wonderful. When you come down it's a lot of winding road but that is where you see the wildlife. The staff was wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Now the downside, the condos are extremely dated,...

We stayed for three nights for New Year, the views from the balcony are spectacular. The property is very old. Besides that, a couple of complaints: the sofa-bed is not working, you could not sleep well there; and the water heater was not enough for 4 adults and 4 children. Other than that, it is on a quiet place, a...

Stayed here through the Armed Forces Vacation Club. Abundant wildlife; right in the community we saw mule deer, wild turkey, fox, and a herd of elk. On top of a mountain with absolutely fantastic view of the valley and lots of room for walking. Friendly, helpful staff. My only real complaint is the fitness room, which consisted of one treadmill...

The view is spectacular. The staff was friendly and helpful. The unit is large but the 1970s called and wants their interior back. Everything worked but is showing it's age. The owners need to spend some money and update their investment. There is a lot to do and see in this area or you can just sit back and relax...

We got this place for a song as a "bonus week" from our exchange club, but I would been quite happy had we exchanged our timeshare week for this stay. We were in unit #701, so the comments about our accommodations are limited to that one. The master BR has a king (big plus!), while the two other BRs each...

This resort is TERRIBLE! Outdated, poorly maintained, dirty, filthy, and unsafe. Bedding was dirty. We had to wash it. Water leak in the ceiling. Balcony looked unsafe. Floor boards looked like it would give if walked on. Kitchen drawer fell out when pulled. Cabinets hanging off. Spiders in the unit. Dishes were dirty. This is the worst Resort I've stayed...

We spent 4 nights here using our timshare points. The staff and manager were very friendly. Check in was smooth. They also provided us with information on the area. Units were very dirty, and a lot of it had not been cleaned. The worst was the black mold growing on the shower room ceiling. I did tell the front desk,...
