When I read that we were staying in tents in a safari camp, I was a little anxious. I am not the camping type of gal. This was glamping at it's best. The tents are on a foundation with a front porch to watch the wildlife. There is a beautiful indoor bathroom with a tub and an outdoor shower. I...

Kevin, the safari guide, was informative and entertaining. He knew a lot about all the animals and the set-up in a private reserve is much more intimate with no more than 2 trucks being onsite at any time. Kevin's girlfriend, Andrea, works the front of house and the both of them were such a delight to spend a couple of...

Lucky that we booked our safari with the Sausage Tree Camp. From the moment we arrived it felt like home, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We got there just before lunch which gave us the chance to meet the other guests and exchange stories of our holidays. The safari drives, in tough 4x4 jeeps, were exciting and informative....
