We stayed in the family suite which was over the top. First place I have stayed where the room is better than the pictures. Food and service also excellent. Dinner is accompanied by visits from Elvis, the porcupine, who wanders in looking for handouts. 5+ stars.

First things first - we got bumped up to a luxury suite - that's where Kapama won our hearts. The staff take very good care of you. I mean what else do you want than eating 5 times a day --- inclusive of snacks at the camp. Also, not to mention - the sundowners and the hot chocolate during the...

Where to start? Staff, rooms, experience, game, communal areas, food. . . There's so much attention to detail, this is truly a personal experience. The smaller camps are much nicer, quieter and personable than the larger camps, but that would likely be a personal preference. We saw amazing game every drive and our ranger spent as much time art each...

We had an amazing time at Kapama, the accommodation was fantastic, our guide and tracker (Albert and Reyser) were friendly, knowledgable, completely professional and good fun. We saw all of the big 5, and had a very close encounter with a leopard... literally!!! The staff were all lovely and we particularly loved Sam who took very good care of us!...

We stayed for two nights at the Southern Camp in Kapama. The stay includes two game drives per day which as you might expect are the highlight of the stay. Our guide and tracker were Doctor and Brian respectively and if you go I'd suggest seeking them out. They worked very hard to provide the best possible experience during the...

We stayed here 3 nights in a regular cabin. It was still lovely with a nice en suite bathroom, a small porch off the sliding glass doors to sit and enjoy the view of the bush. We had game drives of around 3 hours each twice a day. Can't possibly complain when we saw the Big 5, including a leopard...

I really loved my safari stay at the Southern Camp. I can't speak for the other lodges, but I had a fantastic time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and always up for questions or tracking any animal we were hoping to see. We ended up seeing the Big 5 within the first four or so game drives we had!. It...
