Stunning room with thatched roof, self contained, outdoor shower, deep bath, patio with view over water hole. Stunning scenery, wildlife, food, rangers, staff and safaris. Stayed 2 nights, could easily stayed 3+.

Our stay at Tau exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and Mark, our ranger made our drives each day an experience to remember. The meals were exceptional and the staff at the lodge were first class. Given the opportunity, we would return.

Service was fantastic. Upon arrival we were greeted with warm smiles and pleasant staff. The rooms are facing the waterhole and we got to wake up to waterbuck, impala, wildebeest and zebra roaming around leisurely by the water hole. We got to see elephant twice by the lodge and two lioness with cubs on the game drive. The food is...

We spent an incredible holiday at Tau with our 10 and 7 year old kids. Saw 4 of the Big 5, were treated to outstanding service, and loved the fact that the lodge is right by a watering hole. Ate lunch beside elephants, zebra, impala and others. But the true highlight of our trip was the incredible Mike Rae, the...

Tau is our favorite "get-away". The staff are so very kind and make you feel like true friends. NO ONE would ever be disappointed in their trip to Tau. Staying at "The King" is very special. Everyone is super friendly, professional, the food is heaven good, the room is also royal, the outside shower is a place for relaxation and the terrace is amazing. Our ranger Steph showed us the big five on a trip. She drives her country cruiser as a rally driver. It will be an extraordinary...

We spent 5 fabulous days at Tau Lodge. The ambience is wonderful, all the staff friendly and the service was impeccable. Our cabin looked out over the waterhole, you have a clear view of all the animals who come to drink, and the resident crocs and birdlife. We joined our daughter and family, we had booked Mike Rae for private...

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Tau Game Lodge. A five star lodge with excellent service. Nikki and the team at the lodge does everything very easy for us as guests. Marc, our fantastic ranger, is just pure brilliance and we have more close up experiences with the wild animals then we ever could have hoped for. Lions, cheetahs,...
