This was our second time staying at the Taos in. It's a beautiful Santa Fe style hotel. We made sure that we got a room with a wood burning fire place. It's definitely and thankfully a cookie cutter hotel. We had a fantastic dinner at the on site restaurant Doc Martins, and on another night we did enjoyed a coffee...

This hotel is old. Best thing about room was the shower. Towels had been over washed and overused and should have been tossed about 2 years ago. The live nightly music was sad at best. We chose this for location. Choose a hotel outside this area and drive in for a few hours of shopping.

All the front desk staff seemed to not care if they had guests or not...no smiles or friendly greeting, but rather we were a bother to them for staying there. Same for half of their servers in the lounge.....I guess it must be nice to work at a popular place that gets business regardless of friendly, quality service. I would...

I called back in February, and talking to the desk cler,k we agreed that a room on the balcony would be a fun experience, so I reserved Room 118. When we arrived, that room was already rented out due to a new computer system installed that lost my reservation. The office staff was very courteous and made a last minute...

For the price, I expected more. This place has seen better days--everything seems a little worn out, a little clunky, and the amenities are lacking. For example, the room had no coffeemaker, no safe, no refrigerator. I wouldn't stay there again.

One night turned into two unexpectedly, as we stumbled upon this little gem. Our intention was to stay one night in Taos and move on, but we loved the hotel so much we stayed an extra night. Certainly historic quirks, but the large king bedroom which made up for it. The architecture was wonderful, amazing wooden ceilings and our room...

We stayed upstairs in the main building. The Inn is charming, but the room was cramped and the double bed very uncomfortable. To top it off, it snowed during the night, and the bathroom ceiling leaked! On the positive side, our room was next to the balcony, and we enjoyed the entertainment below from our own little table. The bar...

The main building is the oldest portion of our hotel, while the leak is not a common...

The Inn is certainly charming. But there was no coffeemaker in the room, and there were only two towels for the two of us. My wife and I stay in lots of places, and this is the first in a long time which had these deficiencies.

The Taos Inn is a place of special memories for our family. We have visited many times over the years. It is convenient to all downtown sites and the Adobe Bar is always fun with live music every evening. The Inn rooms could use an overhaul, since it is old maintenance is a constant requirement. The rooms in the Inn...

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. The bar and restaurant were cozy to sit in. We stayed at the Inn 20+ years ago so went back because of good memories. The courtyard where the rooms are is very pretty reminds us of Central America. The rooms need some updating.
