I was initially placed in a room that had no ventilation but the staff quickly and smoothly found another room that was more suitable. Next time I will know to ask for a newer room. The one in Helen's house was quite lovely. You can't beat the location here and having a great service experience really added to my trip.

I wanted to write a review for the wonderful staff at Doc Martin's restaurant. We were just there for brunch on New Year's Day and were informed that there would be a half hour wait. After 10 minutes the hostess said the big table right in our view already had their check and should be leaving. After another 20 minutes...

I was greeted by a super friendly desk clerk. She was fast and efficient and checking me in (I was tired and hungry). Showed me to my room. My favorite place to stay in Taos. The staff is so warm and helpful.

We stayed 4 nights at the Taos Inn while on a ski vacation in March. We were torn about staying in town vs staying at Taos Ski Valley, and we were glad we decided to stay in town. it's a 30-40 minute drive to the mountain, but the drive is beautiful and it was fun to stay in town where...

I stayed in the Historic Taos Inn, by chance on a ski trip some 10 years ago, and considered the experience serendipity on steroids. Beautiful, albeit small, room in the main building, featuring 10 FT ceilings (I think) with rustic beams, Spanish tiled floors and bath walls, rustic SW furniture, warm, cozy and comfortable. And affordable ($65 a night?). The...

This place has a great reception in a quaint town. Surprisingly lively at night. Truly did not expect the place to fill up with all the locals and be so much fun. Everyone is very down to earth and there to have a good time. It's right in the center of town which sometimes can be overwhelming but since it's...

We love the Taos Inn for many reasons, location, restaurant that they have on property, live music, a good valve for your money. It's old so things like bathrooms are small...but it's charming place. We love it.

This historic hotel in downtown Taos is still a fun place to stay, but the management has become complacent or maybe business is so good they don't have to care. They seemed irritated and check in was difficult because we arrived after the band had started playing in the main lobby. It was very hard to hear or even get...

This Inn has four buildings so make sure you know where you book. It has a total of 44 rooms. Each one is decorated in authentic Southwestern style. The antique furnishings are beautiful. We booked two rooms and one had a fireplace which we did not use. There is NO ELEVATOR! There is no bellhop. There is no ice machine,...

We enjoyed almost everything about the hotel with one major exception. The mattress and box springs were very worn out and uncomfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if not for that, but the bedding situation really needs some attention.
