We spent a night at the hotel on our way to visit the Pueblo. it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was helpful with all our requests and questions. We got a room for my husband and I and my two kids. It really was like having two different rooms connected by the bathroom which had double door, one...

Two hours late getting checked in due to housekeeping issues, room key card not keyed to correct room, no towels in hot tub area, no bath mat, shampoo, conditioner refills second day, rock-like mattress, huge crack in headboard from top to bottom, out of white zinfandel and popular beer at bar, inside of bathroom door badly scratched and gouged. Bathroom...

Arrived today 16 April, first impressions weren't great. Mark, on the front was welcoming and pleasant. We had reserved a king room in the historic building, Mark, had said he could move us if the room was unsuitable, made our way to room 121, upon opening the door we acknowledge very quickly this room wasn't for us. My biggest bugbear...

Dear Sagebrush Guest, Please stop by and see me before you check out. I want to make sure that we take care of you. I am alarmed at your impression of our beloved hotel. I am so sorry you do not find it to your satisfaction. We have been in business for 86 years and try to balance what is...

My husband and I recently stayed at the Sagebrush for two nights. While the Inn is old and could use some updating, it's a very charming traditional adobe structure that is over 70 years old. The main gathering room and bar area are warm and inviting. Craig, the bartender, was friendly and gave us great local info. Had a little...

A crisp spring day, the smell of pinion from a cozy kiva fireplace, vigas, signs of Georgia O'Keefe and RC Gorman gracing charming nooks....I knew I was in Taos, but was overjoyed to FEEL that I was in old Taos. Thank you, Sagebrush Inn for saving that feeling for me and for all that are fortunate enough to experience the...

Dear New Mexico Traveler, Thank you for the kind words regarding our beloved Sagebrush Inn. I really enjoy it most when people mention friendly staff or great staff, because it means we have the right people in the right jobs. After 85 years of service our lovely hotel shows a few of it's wrinkles but in a good way we...

The hotel has a very attractive curb appeal, but since there are thru main areas to discuss I will address them separately. 1) Outside areas and Hallways/ Stairwells: The main courtyard are is well maintained and looks particularly nice at night with the lights on. There seems to be no visible program on how to maintain the hallways and stairwells....

This property has a friendly and helpful staff but the hotel itself is old and run down. The owners clearly don't put much money into renovating and maintaining the rooms. Simple things like a old broken tv remote and an old bathroom heater that hasn't worked in twenty years. Cobwebs on the ceiling and a carpet that hasn't been cleaned...

We arrived late but they had our room upgraded to a suite. Loved the experience and atmosphere! Staff was super friendly! Had a fireplace, which we loved, and a back patio with a killer view of the mountains. The buffet breakfast was solid and the beds were comfy.
