First of all, many thanks to Asia and Penelope for being the "icing on the cake!" We loved everything about the Palacio: Location - quiet and convenient. The Palacio felt like being in a private and beautiful home. We were greeted by Asia, the manager upon our arrival. Asia went above and beyond in welcoming us - including providing a...

Palacio Central location, in a quiet residential neighbourhood. A short walk to the main square, but perhaps too quiet to walk back at night, so we drove the 2mins.  Its a small traditional and characterful Spanish villa type property in an attractive small walled garden.  Not many guests and rooms, which is really nice and a great change from conventional hotels.  Very attractive garden and an...

This bed-and-breakfast has a great location, beautiful rooms, quiet atmosphere and very friendly staff. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. This place is very quaint and relaxing, unlike a larger commercial hotel. We enjoyed our privacy and rarely saw or heard the other guests. We stayed in the Matriarch Suite and it was wonderful...separate library/dining/sitting area with TV,...

My husband and I spent one night and really enjoyed Palacio de Marquesa. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and our room (The Diva) was lovely with an excellent bathroom! It was nice to have a fireplace as well. The breakfast is included and it's delicious! I can't wait to go back.

We stayed two nights in the illuminator room and loved it. The accommodations were so romantic - the fireplace was such a nice touch. The bathroom was outstanding - the nicest on our entire trip in New Mexico (and we stayed at some beautiful places).

This place is remarkable. You're welcomed by the most gracious, hospitable, welcoming staff immediately upon driving into the property. You are told about the history of the property, of your specific room, and the amenities- including made-to-order breakfast. Chose your time, menu options, and whether you'd prefer to eat in your room or in the dining room. You are then...

Excellent Inn. Location is great as it is centrally located near historic Taos but off the main street so it is quiet. The rooms are well appointed and very modern. Free WiFi. All the expected amenities and a few unexpected. The free breakfast is amazing and you have the option to have it delivered to your room. We stayed in...

My wife and I spent one night at the Palacio de Marquesa in late September 2016. The facility is very elegant but comfortable. It's an old hacienda that has been renovated very well. A good mixture of some modern features with classic New Mexico architectural features. Beautiful common spaces in the main house area. The room was large, comfortable and...
