Trip advisor has been a trusted source for my travels and I need to return the favor. Stayed in the Adobe room for one night on a snowy February night. It was such a charming experience-the wood burning kiva fireplace was fantastic and the sheets on the bed were some of the best I've slept in for a hotel/B&B. Although... More

This place was absolutely wonderful. The owners and their managers (daughter and son in law) were superb. What an interesting group of people. They reccomended fabulous restaurants and things to do. This will become an annual vacation for our family. Wee look forward to staying here many more times.

We stayed at the Hacienda while in the area to ski. Our room - El Pueblo - was quaint and comfy. A bit disappointed at the candles in the fireplace, but it was a minor blip. Our hosts were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was yummy and the fact that we could grab a cookie, apple, pretzel, hot tea and... More

Thank you for your great review. It was lovely having you and we look forward to your return visit. Let's reserve one of the wood burning or gas log kiva fireplaces for you next time. We have 3 candle lit fireplaces which are also popular for setting a romantic ambience and 7 rooms with working kivas.Come back soon! More

I booked a last minute weekend trip to Taos to ski and found this B&B online. The inn was very well represented in the photos and upon arrival i found it every bit as charming and cozy as depicted in the photos - perhaps even more so in person. I stayed in the La Sala del Sol room which was... More

We stayed in the Cowgirl room two nights in December. The gas fireplace made the room cozy as we watched snow falling outdoors through our window with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The furnishings were very homey including books and a CD player. Saltillo tile floors and hand painted Mexican tile in the bath were lovely. We enjoyed the... More

I booked a one night stay for my boyfriend's birthday in July, 2011. The room we chose was fantastic. The bed was so comfortable and the room was charming and quiet. We enjoyed walking around the beautifully landscaped grounds and took a dip in the hot tub in the evening. This was especially nice because you are able to reserve... More

We stayed at this wonderful B&B during our travels out west during late November 2011. It just so happened that the night we arrived was my wife's birthday. I had chosen lodging at the Hacienda del Sol because I wanted it to be a special place to celebrate. The stay far exceeded our expectations. I knew when we were escorted... More

This was a business and pleasure trip. I cannot express how lovely this property is and how wonderful the hospitality is too. Food is also great. I will always stay here while in New Mexico and Taos. If it was in Texas I would stay here too. A truly wonderful experience. I even ordered their sheets for our home. Everyone... More

This was our second visit in 2 years and standards were as good as ever. This time, we were looked after by Mark and Erika, who are clearly determined to maintain the standards we enjoyed on our first visit last June. We are from the UK and loved the western hospitality, a gorgeous room and great breakfasts prepared by Mark.... More
