Hospitality, accommodation and setting all very good. Beautiful unique rooms amongst huge baobabs. Even though we were only there overnight it is definitely a place to revisit. Thank you for a very positive experience.

What a quirky venue, The common areas are so welcoming, you will not know wether to stay in your room or mingle with the crowd. The pool area is awesome, and so is the bar area, the rooms are unique and not on top of each other. The guide is very knowledgeable and his attention to detail is impeccable.

We stopped over at Planet Baobab for two nights to break up our trip back from Maun to Zimbabwe. We spent one night at the campsite, and then another night camping under the stars out on the pans. Camping under the stars and the Meerkat encounter were the main highlights for us! If you're heading out this way - I'd...

Planet Baobab is a unforgettable and unique experience! The artistic style of the place is awesome with artistically painted round terracotta huts surrounded by HUGE baobab trees. This place definitely has an 'other-worldly' feel to it. At night all the baobab trees are lit up by lights, so they look like huge golden roots protruding into the sky. The pool...

We stayed two nights in Planet Baobab in October 2016. The Lodge is about two hours by car east of Maun. We slept in one of the traditional Bakalanga huts of the lodge, built from mud. Our hut consisted of two rooms, both living/sleeping room and bathroom very spacious. Beds are equipped with mosquito nets. At night it was very...

Perhaps we were there at the hottest time of year but the rooms simply can't cool down enough even with the turbo fans supplied to have a comfortable stay. Luckily there is a pool to help and a well stocked bar, but the staff aren't really well trained to manage western guest requirements. Internet is pathetic so posting photos is...

We stopped here for two nights camping. The camp site was clean with a great thatched shade area, bbq and rubbish bin. (Best to put rubbish in a bag first as it is open). The ablution blocks were lovely with large showers and plenty of hot water. The pool is large and there are plenty of shaded spots to relax...

We stayed there with 3 children, it was like a dream as they have the biggest swimming pool we saw in Botswana. We camped there, but we asked to stay in overlander campsite, much more closer from the restaurant and swimming pool. Restaurant is quite good but as always in Botswana very slow to serve.

On our self drive Botswana trip, we stopped here for food. The bar/dining area is done tastefully. The Baobabs are all around but one near the entrance is HUGE. Lots of birds around. Memorable place to visit (or stay; - we did not stay though)
