Spent 2 nights in early November. Nice intimate camp, each tent overlooking the Boro River, one of the main channels in the delta, and on the southern edge of Chiefs Island which is teeming with game. Water levels were very low but this did not inhibit the boat cruises and mekoro rides at all. Great food and service

Gunns Camp is in a lovely situation in the middle of the Delta, the main way of getting there is by plane. The tents are huge with a comfortable bed and a very nice area to sit but we rarely used it as we sat outside. The tents face a huge grass area where elephants graze. The activities are well organised and varied...

We stayed here on a Kiboko Tour in September 2016, the managers, Andy and Dineo together with all the staff made us very welcome. The activities and walks were well organised and the guides very informative. The food was good considering the difficulty they have in obtaining supplies. The flights in and out were a great experience but don't rush...

Expensive but worth it! Set on an island in the middle of the Delta, you are surrounded by nature. All activities are included. We took a boat in, but I had arranged that months prior. It wasn't easy to arrange that, but I'm terrified of planes and it was well worth it. I don't think this is the norm, but...

This was exactly what we hoped to experience in the Okavango Delta of Botswana! You'll have the same guides for the duration of your stay. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and will offer you constant supplies of complimentary food and drinks, including alcohol. Small group boat rides, mokoros and game walks make it feel very personal. Food is excellent, if a little...

First of all, let me start by saying that there is nothing particularly wrong with the lodge, but it completely falls short when it comes to fulfiling expectations of a safari explorer who has paid top dollar for some kind of luxury in the remote parts of Africa. The meals that were served were so basic it felt like the...

After a 2 minute walk from the airstrip, I was greeted warmly by the manager Oscar and had a brilliant stay thereafter! The location is perfect for a pure water experience. My guide Eustace was extremely knowledgeable and pointed even the tiniest reed frog that was nearly invisible to the naked eye. I did all the offered activities - motor...

My husband and I spent three incredible days and nights at Gunn's Camp bordering Moremi Game Reserve. First of all, I have to say that the Okavango itself was amazingly beautiful and the wildlife abundant (we kind of though there'd be only hippos, elephants and crocs....but all the 'typical' safari animals are here) We arrived via small plane on the...

This is a fantastic camp with outstanding service, staff, and activities. My 16 year old son and I had two nights here and had a wonderful time. The friendly managers, Andy and Dineo, run a beautiful camp with lots of extra service and amenities. The view is beautiful from our tent and the main lodge. The food was exceptional and the...

This is a water camp. You can take mokoro rides or motorboat cruises. The camp is well run and the staff are very good. I found everyone to be pleasant, helpful. One day our guide Titus did take us ashore for a bush walk as we tried to track lions that were seen on the water bank. Realize the mornings...
