Sandibe was amazing, the rooms are so big and the decor is just lovely. The plunge pool in the deck is really good to refresh during mid day. Food was really good, but make your own pizza was the best!

Superb architecture is the first plus for this lodge then the facilities up the level again. Food is excellent also but it is the staff that make it exceptional headed by Aaron. Every aspect was beyond expectations

We stayed for 4 nights at the end of March. It was hot and dry but still beautiful. Our ranger was not a photographer but that didn't matter as he understood about light & composition & put us in good photographic positions Jonas our ranger shared in an interesting way about the bush & his experiences Our ranger Jonas &...

Everyone and everything here is so special - from the greeting at the airstrip to the welcome at the Lodge. The staff are accommodating & pleasant and the wonderful guides knowledgeable and fun! The accommodations are out of this world and the wildlife abundant. A truly once in a lifetime trip that should and will be repeated!

I am constantly thinking..how can I get back there. I would love my children and grandchildren to experience this part of the world. Rooms are designed for couples so, slightly awkward for friends or family, but if you can make it work, it is so worth it.

The location was amazing, so private. From the moment you land on the small airstrip and are greeted by SK and Elvis, the adventure begins. The ride to the lodge is a mini safari, with many animals along the way and our guides pointing out where to look and what to see. The arrival with singing welcome and the huge...

While still very much a true African safari lodge Sandibe is a refreshing departure from the standard dark wood structure with thatch roof but instead a modern light colored design with a wooden roof supported by large beams with wooden cladding on the inside and shingles just for esthetic purposes on the outside. I start with this because we visited...

Our return to the Okavango after 5 years was blessed by our stay at Sandibe. We spent 6 nights at this new lodge which in itself is, as previous reviewers have reported, an eclectic design that provides guests with every conceivable creature comfort and the opportunity to be lulled to sleep by hippo, the chorus of painted reed frogs and...

Our family of five spent four nights at the gorgeous Sandibe lodge. We were booked in the family suite which worked amazingly well with the rooms connected, yet still privacy for both. The lodge setting is stunning, and the food and environment incredible. As with our experience at Xaranna, the people make the lasting experience, and here too, whether it...
