I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are getting away to and playing at casino. The room was spacious and very quiet at night had no problem sleeping. Although I am not a breakfast person it was nice to have had a hit breakfast offered to me in morning included in price of room

$69 includes room, $30 free play for each person, and free complimentary hot breakfast...you can't beat it. However the beds are way too high and check in is above casino floor and reached by fast moving escalators. The hot complimentary breakfast was wonderful !!! The staff is very helpful.

We stayed in the king suite and it was very very dirty . I will never stay at this hotel again and I’m very disappointed. We complained at the front desk and they looked at us like we were delusional . We requested a clean coffee pot because the one that was in the room was so disgustingly dirty , and the replacement coffee pot that was given to us was dirtier than the the one that they were replacing. We took photos of all the nasty things that were found and all I can say is never again !!! We bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves!

I am not even sure where I should start. So when I called to book the room I asked about the military discount, the caller said it was an option. When I got to the check-in desk I showed her my military ID and she said we need a picture. I explained that I was a veteran and it did not have an ID because it was mailed to me during the height Covid and I couldn't go in and take the picture but the name matched my driver's license and my DD-214 and the ID with the picture that was saved in my phone. She looked at me and said "too bad that doesn't count" I take a lot of pride in my veteran status, I worked hard for it; even if she wasn't going to give the discount the comment was rude and unnecessary. Don't get me started of the impossible task of finding food! when we finally did I asked the waiter/bartender did I tell her what kind of sauce I wanted on the wings and she said "don't you see it on the receipt, look!" This night was for my boyfriend and I, being parents of TEN we needed it. The housekeeper was more annoying than our kids! About an hour before check out she began knocking on the door asking us when were we leaving so she could clean! When we didn't answer quickly enough on one of her attempts to make us get out sooner than check out she walked right in yelling "housekeeping" while we were both naked! It was so embarrassing and rude. The rooms were very nice, and clean but overall the bad out weighed the good and it was far from the relaxing, fun, get away we expected.

Going to preface this with the fact that this was free and I still am giving this a 1 star review. Stayed on the first floor, which somehow requires you to take an elevator down, which smelled as soon as you got Into it. Go into room, the cheap flooring is clearing coming up and is bubbling on the edges. The entire time we were here it sounded like people were running laps, the entire night, early morning etc. we both got next to zero sleep. Lived in a frat house with a party going on in college that was substantially quieter than this somehow.
The towels were also quite dirty in the bathroom prior to us arriving with next to no toilet paper left on the roll which seemed really odd.
I honestly had zero intention of giving a review, but people need to know about this noise. This is insane and not worth paying for

Everything about our stay was perfect. As a member of the Players Club I was extended a special offer of $69 which was supplimented with $60 in game credit, making our stay at the hotel basically $9. We also ate at Fortunes restaurant. The food was perfectly prepared, and we received another $10 each in game credits.

The staff is the best around! We had the pleasure of Tyra on check in. She was courteous & friendly. Upon check out, we had Tammy who had us laughing as I booked another stay since this one was so pleasurable. Kathy in the breakfast buffet couldn’t do enough for us. Dakota in the Blue Zone was print & attentive when serving our delicious beef on weck! I was remiss on getting the nice gentleman’s name in the Homestretch Grill who helped us with our order & then delivered the superb wood fired pizza to our table. He was a sweetheart! Our room was clean to perfection & we even had a handwritten note on the nightstand welcoming us! All of the housekeepers greeted us with a smile & a “Good Morning “. The staff in this hotel & casino ranks up there with the best five star hotels that I have stayed at.

Never heard of this place but came across a coupon deal in a local magazine where you would pay $159 for the room but get $150 in casino play for staying. So you end up really only paying $9.00. We had a blast! You can earn extra free play by playing the slots. My mom won enough to pay her bills so she was happy! Definitely planning another trip soon!

We have always loved going to this hotel. It is a little-known secret, I think, as most people don't realize they have a hotel and how nice it is. The rooms are beautiful and large and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The flooring between the room floors is a bit thin and we had "partiers" one night and they were dancing until about 2am. Had to call the front desk staff, who didn't seem too concerned that we couldn't sleep because of the racket going on above us. It really sounded like a herd of elephants above our heads, like they were jumping around for hours on end.
The free breakfast, however, could be a bit better. Please get rid of those horrid pre-packaged "muffin tops." They are dry and tasteless! The danishes are never available any more as everyone knows how awful the muffin tops are and gets the danishes instead. Please offer a few more options for those who don't want eggs and sausage every morning. The casino is small, and with the pandemic, many machines aren't available, so we got a bit bored when there were a lot of people on the gaming floor and it was so busy we couldn't play at any machines. Hopefully things will be opening back up a bit soon and more machines will be available.
I'm not sure if they link the players club card with the hotel stays, as I don't seem to get credit for my stays on the rewards card. I've stayed at the hotel about 6-7 times in the last two years and never received a free room or discounted room offer. I'd give it 5 stars on value if this had happened at least once.

Janice - Patrons under 18 years of age are now allowed to dine inside Fortune's Restaurant. Enter through valet entrance or take the elevator down from the second floor (past simulcast center) to Fortune's.
There is NOT a couch in each room. I spoke with 2 different staff members about this. There is a desk in the rooms and an upolstered chair. The only rooms that have a couch are the large, expensive suites. The representative above is wrong..unless they added couches within the past couple weeks.
There are more places to choose from in the Batavia area.
