Very nice employees. Great locale in bemus point and front porch a wonderful venue. But they desperately need to reinvest some of (alot of) the profits back into the place. Rooms are dingy , faucets leaky, wallpaper coming loose, etc.

Luckily only had one night here. Had it for a wedding to stay at to be nearby. Sheets didn't fit and the bottom sheet kept moving as was about 10 cm from head of bed. Had a share bathroom on top floor. Didn't mind that...More
