We visited the Hudson Valley in early fall for a weekend visiting the many wineries in the area. The experience was absolutely wonderful and our stay at The Dominion House made the trip so much better. Kathy and Joe were so nice and greeted us with the upmost care and gratitude. We felt very welcomed and at home in their...

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Kathy. She gave us a tour of the house and some history. She let us know how welcome we were to use several rooms in the house. We later met Joe who was just as welcoming. They both offered warm conversation. The room was very comfortable. Kathy and Joe offered a time...

Such a warm ,wonderful, and comfortable stay, from the rooms to the beautiful grounds but more importantly the wonderful hosts, Kathy and Joe. They were so full of history and knowledge but never overwhelming, so very accommodating. We honestly can't wait to come back!!!!

Beautiful surroundings...lovely room...two amazing family style breakfasts...wonderful hosts. You couldn't have asked for more! We were even able to add a little piece to their family history. If you ever want to taste a little piece of heaven then this is the place. This is the place Karen and I will remember as the birthplace of our spiritual union.

We stayed for 2 nights with our two children aged 2 and 6 and we stayed in the Primrose room. If you are looking for a tranquil place with great hosts, look no further. In addition, should you feel an urge to shop, the Woodbury Commons is only 20 minutes away. The pool is a big plus in our view,...

I feel so lucky to have stayed at the Dominion House! Originally was going to stay at Storm King Lodge but because the owner had a medical emergency, was placed last minute in the gracious care of Kathy and Joe at Dominion House. And they care very much about everything they do - the landscaping, maintaining the integrity of the...

Jim and I (Mae) stayed at the Dominion House bed and breakfast from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning at their Honeymoon Cottage. The cottage was a great place. It is away from the main house so you have plenty of privacy. This place is located on a dead end road....very quiet. Huge yard. Upon arriving Joe gave us the nickel...

I got married at F.E.A.S.T. at Round Hill which is less than two miles away from this B&B, so my mom gifted myself and my now wife a stay in their Honeymoon Cottage. I called to see when I could check in, and their daughter picked up. She did not mention anything about the B&B, introduce herself or anything... after...

Kathy and Joe were very welcoming, giving a brief tour and history of the home. Coffee and homemade cookies available on arrival and 24 hours a day. I wish I had brought my bathing suit so I could have used the hot tub. The room was clean as was the bathroom. My only negative comment would be about the lack...

Kathy and Joe greeted us with a tour of the house. House is loaded with history. Excellent hosts, amazing breakfast which included fresh baked goods daily. Coffee and tea available 24/7 not to...
