Don't let the appearance of the lobby/office fool you or the photos found on their website. All of that appears to be very nice. However the rooms are small, dirty, poorly lite and drafty. We couldn't even open the door as there was a problem with the key & lock. The air conditioner barely cooled the room. The headboard was...

Did not want to pay the price of a room in the Hamptons when I only needed a place to sleep for one night. Price was decent so selected this place. Room was very basic, but it was clean. Nothing more, nothing less. Not new, but convenient to the route to where I was going.

This has to be one of the ugliest places we've stood at. The decor is hideous, tv is dated, towels we're so rough and that was just on my hands...the bed is one big wooden box and the room had a beat up AC/heating unit. Definitely not worth $89 for a night. Best thing I could say was that it...

This place was disgusting. Our boss booked the room and put our names on the room. We called earlier with our name and said we would be checking in late, we were told no problem. Then when we got there after our long 7 hour drive at 1 AM, the person was an absolute jerk and would not let us...

The Lakeland Inn is an older property that is a little rough around the edges, but it is clean and well-run. We arrived at midnight one night as we could not stay at the nearby Clarion Hotel due to hostile employees there. The gentleman at the desk of the Lakeland Inn was very accommodating and was able to find a...

They didn't have our confirmed reservation, when we arrived. The room had a filthy carpet. Housekeeping was a joke. The housekeeper tried to enter the room without knocking while we were still sleeping. Housekeeping went through the dresser drawer. We had to ask for towels, because our room wasn't serviced one day. The last night we weren't given any soap...

Worst place to stay even your one night. Your things get stolen. That's not even the horrible part we had a peeping tom and was given run arounds about when management would actually be there to help with the situation. All room Windows are unlocked. Horrible customer service from employees.

I recently stayed at the Lakeland during a trip. The front desk was more than welcoming. The property was well kept and the rooms were clean. I was looking for something affordable and clean and this met expectations. I would definitely recommend for someone needing a easy affordable spot in the area.

I stayed here for 3nights for work and decided to leave as changing room 3x made no difference. The rooms were supposed to be non-smoking yet I could see smoke burns on the cover and I was welcomed to smelly rooms. When I complained the lady was rude and told me that the room was a smoke free room. Front...

When we arrived to Lakeland Inn, the guy behind the thick bulletproof-looking glass seemed inconvenienced with our arrival. Upon inquiring about the crib I requested, at booking 3 months prior, being in the room he replied they don't have cribs. Once in the rooms, the smell of smoke was so overpowering even though there was a sign on the door...
