The site has newly renovated cottages and rooms. There is a restaurant and bar on the grounds. A swimming area, small marina, and fire pit are the amenities available. There is construction going on including the building of a pool and updating of cottages, but it is super quiet. It is located half way between the village of lake george...

In the fall of 1980, just married that summer, Linda and I did a two night stay at this resort. My how things change. The new owners are hard at work building a better version of the original. Their work is showing a bright future. The "Tavern" has fantastic food served to a breath taking view of Lake George. Our...

The food here is absolutely the tops. The prime ribs was at least an inch think , perfectly prepared and delicious as were the sides. One of us had the steak two nights last week and said that they were excellent although on one occasion he asked for medium rare and it came out medium . So the next night...

The new owner is putting in a ton of money refurbishing the old cabins, putting in new pools, new a/c units and furnishings in all the new rooms. The bar and resteraunt are great. Lakeside with patio's, and nice bars. Boats come from all over the lake to enjoy!! It'll be even better once they get finished with updates. Plus,...

I'm from the area and I chose this restaurant on a friends recommendation after a long time away. We should have gone elsewhere. The service was not great, we were put at a tiny table that didn't fit 7 people properly, the food was sub par, the wine selection was very limited and the price to quality ratio was not...

While taking in Americade this year, my wife and I had a chance to stop by the Blue Water Manor. The property has been undergoing a three year renovation and let me tell you, it's beautiful, with beautiful views of Lake George NY. About 80 percent of the property has been rebuilt or renovated and the rooms are quite beautiful...

This was our first trip to Lake George and the Blue Water Manor. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very nice; clean and comfortable. The grounds were under construction but this did not affect our stay. We enjoyed an exhilarating 12 mile hike to CAT Mountain followed by a terrific dinner at the Tavern...

We stayed 10/8-10/13/15 for the second time this year. Newly renovated cabins are so nice, temps got down in the high 30's @ night, but we were toasty warm! Keurig in the am, rooms cleaned very nicely when wanted (hang the sign so they know) We have been going here for 10 years, the place was a dump and run...
