We spent 2 nights with our girls (10 & 15). Second visit. The hotel has activities for all ages and seasons. It is like going back in time to the Catskills in the 60's ( not a bad thing). The service is very good, the is adequate, the rooms are clean and the beds were very comfortable. Entertainment nightly (...

They have skiing and tubing, go karting, ice skating, horseback riding, game room (video games/regular game like shuffleboard, bocce, billiards). It has almost like mini condos around everywhere instead of one giant hotel. It has a delicious deli near hotel 7,8,9, and 10.

Overall, the things that are good are very good, and the other stuff.... no so much. The foyer area and dining in the main building are updated and new which was supposedly a result of a flood and fire. The lobby is beautiful with a nice Christmas tree. We had a timeshare so check in was fine. There are previous...

We did a timeshare exchange for a week. We stayed two nights. The Hampton Inn we stayed in the next night was head and shoulders above this place! Everything in the room was shoddy and old. Uncomfortable bed. Ranks as about a one star motel. It was a lockoff and there was a huge gap around the connecting door. With...

We're sorry you did not enjoy your stay. When your timeshare exchange was confirmed, i'm certain that you were informed that the unit assigned to you was a lock off and basically a hotel room. I'm also certain, that on arrival, for a small fee, you could have upgraded to a one bedroom suite/efficiency. It's unfortunate that you did not...

Been an owner for years in the winter months and instead of getting better this place is getting worse with my biggest gripe being the T-bar and the ski area. T-bar has been broken for as many years I can remember and ski area is only open on weekends and sporadic holidays. Money seems to be going to summer months...

Villa Roma is made up of a hotel and time share units. We were put in a time share unit that had a lot of room, a kitchen and 2 tvs if that makes any difference to you. The entrance and hall ways needed to be refreshed probably 3 years ago. The food was good, the staff was friendly and...

We exchanged into Villa Roma thru Interval world with a week of timeshare. My husband is disabled so we need a first floor. I called two months in advance to set this up. I was asked to email my request, which I did. Then I followed up by calling a few days ahead to confirm. I was told to call...

I had the pleasure of visiting the Villa Roma last week for a nursing conference and I have attended this conference for the past few years and have always enjoyed my stay and the wait staff. But this year I had the best waiters that I have ever had anywhere by the name of Derwin and Marcello. They are very...

The Villa Roma Resort is the perfect getaway for anyone, families, singles, or seniors. It is nestled in the mountains and couldn't be more perfect. Everything from the newly decorated rooms to the amazing food couldn't be better. Lots of activities: full health club, racquet ball, tennis, skiing in season, golf, swim, horseback ride, or just visit the quaint area....
