This was our first visit to the inn and surrounding area. My friend and I stayed for two nights for a ski weekend. Sheryl welcomed me with homemade cookies and beverages after my long drive, which was very much appreciated. My friend got lost while driving to the inn and Sheryl helped him find his way there by phone. We... More

Spent a wonderful weekend there with my boyfriend. Had a marvelous time, delicious breakfast, great company. B&B was very quaint, rustic. A lot of history to it. Looking forward to returning! Have recommended this B&B to several friends, hope they find it as wonderful as we did. Anne Marie B.

We stayed in the Bristol Suite which was a beautiful, large room with a great bathroom to match. I don't think there is anything you might want that Sheryl has not thought of first. So often the chairs in the room are situated in such a way that you have to watch tv from the bed. We had a couch... More

This is a beautifully decorated, warm, and inviting B&B. Sheryl is a wonderful hostess and made us feel like family. My favorite part, aside from the fascinating history of the house, is the gas fireplace in the gathering room. It made for such a cozy atmosphere to visit with our friends who also stayed here.

It's really special in the winter. While the Inn is decorated in upscale furnishing, I really want guests to feel comfortable. It sounds like I have achieved that goal. Thank... More
